I came home and my heat was out. I reached out and they were able to come same day and replace the part. Services were fast, efficient, and professional. I worked with I&J to get a quote for replacing one of my A/C units that had stopped working. Their response was fast and professional. I ended up just getting a repair instead of replacing and they were more than happy to help and did not put any pressure on me to replace. Thought their pricing was very fair. In the future, I will be calling I&J when I finally decide to upgrade my HVAC system.

I called Ivan to come look at my AC unit which he gave me quote for it and we both agreed thankfully it was very reasonable and he made it very easy process he found whars wrong with it and he was able to go get that part and fixed it right away within an hour or so my ac was working again and I’m very thankful to his honesty and his integrity that he was able to help me with my house all this over the phone that I was away from my house. He is really good at coordinating and making sure he explains what is basically broken and what needs to happen in a very professional and respectful way since us home owners we don’t know everthing to do with AC. Thank you Kevin Ferrara for completing my annual inspection for the 2nd year. As always the work was done timely and accurately. The U/V light that you installed 2 years ago certainly has delivered, a clean coil and clean air quality in the house. So far there has been no need for additional cleaning of the coil since the U/V light was installed. Great job!

Thank you Ferrara's guys! They did a great job with the replacement of my air conditioner. It needed replacement last year but it wasn't in my budget. Kevin was able to keep our family cool through the hottest part of summer, until I was ready, and gave us a great deal. Best part was they were able to reconfigure the attic equipment, left me more space for my holiday decoration bins! Woohoo!!
