Keith was professional, genuine, and most of all experienced from start to finish. We have a Hoshizaki ice machine I thought was a "lemon" after having multiple companies come out, go through the motions, and collect a service fee only to have the same problem occur months later. Keith researched our model ahead of time, showed up with multiple possible solutions prepared, and got our machine working again along with some insight on maintaining it in a way that may further help down the line. Refreshing experience given the state of so many service/repair companies out there today.

Ask for Mitchell. Could not have a better experience. He goes above and beyond and a trusted technician.

I had a very difficult problem to resolve since it was intermittent and required a lot of troubleshooting. Lakewood A/C was excellent in working with me to find the right solution as well as make sure that the charge was fair since there was some trial and error involved in the fix.

I've used Lakewood A/C multiple time now on my primary residence and rental property. They have always been honest, efficient and great to work with.
