My Tech was name Rudy. When he came he was so nice. He explained everything that he was going to do in detail to where I could understand. He was very professional. RLC was assigned to my home warranty claim. They called me within minutes of me filing the claim. I wasn’t expecting to see or hear from anyone for a while since it’s summer season; I assumed they would be backlogged but Juan arrived, he was thorough and helpful. He arrived on time as scheduled and did a great job. My primary condensate line was clogged, he cleared and told me what to expect in the future.
