Our AC died on a Sunday morning with the hottest weather happening in a few years. Kennedy came out on an emergency call and gave us the news that we needed to consider replacing our nineteen-year-old system. He was able to get a Comfort Advisor to come in when we were available to give us suggestions regarding the size of our house and what we were able to afford. All of this happened on Sunday. We are very happy with the service. We will be having our system installed this week. We have used Aircon for years and would never consider any other company.

I recently had an air conditioner issue at my home in Webster. I called Air Con and they were able to send a technician out to my home the next day.
The technician, Kennedy, was very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix my air conditioner in a timely manner.

AirCon tech, Lakota came promptly and explained the problem with my unit clearly. He provided quotes clearly and explained various options. We were impressed and signed up on their Maintenance program. Good company to work with!

They were incredibly prompt with their service, having a technician arrive 30 minutes after placing a phone call. The technician, Ryan, was able to quickly diagnose the problem on our condenser unit and replaced the parts that had failed. In all, the service call was resolved in about an hour. I was very pleased with the results and, although a service plan option was introduced to us when we were presented our invoice, it wasn't pushed too hard on us, which I appreciate. I would recommend their service, especially considering I selected them because of their high rating on Google.

We were due for our annual furnace checkup. Although they were on my list to call, Aircon called to schedule it and sent David over the same day. Each time they have sent someone, I thought we must have their top person; the next time gets better. David is extremely knowledgeable and professional. After a few minutes, he instills confidence in you and invests time to explain your system and any updates he would recommend. Thank you!

I've been with AirCon for over 25 years and they have always been an exceptionally managed company. I feel their personnel are honest, trustworthy, prompt, courteous, and there rates are reasonable and in line with the services provided.
I required their services this July 4 weekend and the responding technician (Will) was prompt, and efficient in his diagnosis and explanation of the problem. Very nice young man.
What a model organization!

AirCon installed a whole new AC & heating system for me in 2019, and everything was as painless and pleasant as can be! They even brought me a strong portable AC to keep me cool until the install was complete. My AC had a hiccup a few weeks ago, but AirCon took care of it immediately, warranteed out the part, and fixed it right up at no cost. Service Manager Jody was awesome, expeditious, and took great care of everything. Kathleen, Jason, Steven, the install team and everyone else there are wonderful and have treated me like family. This is one of the friendliest, most responsive, most professional companies I've experienced in my 30+ years living in the clear lake area, and very reasonably priced as well. Recently had a tune-up done on my two 16 year old units by AirCon for the first time and must say I received excellent service by Walter. He was very thorough in doing the work and diagnosing issues with one unit cooling. I felt he was very honest in explaining issues and provided me a detailed estimate for replacing one unit in the future. I appreciated that unlike other contractors that have serviced my AC he did not try to sell me a new unit after only 5 minutes on the job. All in all I am very satisfied with the work done for the price and will really consider going with AirCon for future installation. Highly recommend you give them a try for any AC problems.

AirCon has been wonderful to work with. After the first time, I signed up for a service plan, and have not regretted it since. This last visit was one of the several yearly checks of my A/C system ... and their technician Arthur was absolutely the best!! He was quick, efficient, professional and willing to explain. He also made sure I didn't have any questions that hadn't been answered ...

This technician performed a very thorough inspection of my HVAC system and all tests performed were provided to me in writing. I felt confident that any issues would not be overlooked. Technician was on time and answered all my questions. Good service for a reasonable price, will use them again 👍

I have always been very happy with AirCon- returned from vacation on a Sunday night to a non- working AC - within an hour I had an assessment and a plan was in place- it couldn’t be executed that evening because of access to the specific part- but everything was remedied by noon on Monday. The technician was professional and competent. Would recommend this company to anyone.

Technician Kennedy Baines was outstanding. His knowledge was very impressive. He has a very good way of explaining the problem, and the solution, with such good courtesy and professionalism. Aircon has many good technicians.

I highly recommend Aircon for all of your air conditioning needs. I am on their annual maintenance plan. I always know our A/C units are going to work when I most need them…

update: We had a compressor under warranty go out when Texas was under a 100 degree heat wave. AirCon made sure we were comfortable while getting a new one. They installed the new one last week and it is working great. The care and service by both the office and technicians were great.

I was very impressed with my A/C tech., Angel. He explained the issues clearly so that I could understand what steps needed to be taken to get my unit up and running. Upon leaving, he also reminded me to lock my door. Angel definitely went above and beyond. He exhibited professionalism, and I'm thankful that AirCon sent him to my rescue. 😀

Technician very knowledgeable, courteous, organized, and kept the area around the stairs up to the attic clean. He also explained the system usage of the same voltage for the best communication of the system to avoid the shortage. He explained the check on Halo system as he checked the wire attached and adjusted them accordingly. We are very please with his work and will recommended your company both install the systems and the maintenance check up. Thank you so much.

The Aircon team showed up promptly and did a fantastic job with my unit. They also corrected some past mistakes that the previous company made.

The technician(s), were both courteous and professional. AirCon installed my a/c units and due to scheduling issues, I used a major plumbing and a/c company to do routine service. They broke a schraeder valve and all my refrigerant leaked out. We were without a/c in our bedrooms for 5 days. Lakota and another technician fixed the issue and had us cooling again. The cost was extremely reasonable in this messed up economy. I look forward to only using AirCon for my future needs.

Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish on an emergency after hours A/C repair. The office answered very quickly and the woman I spoke with, NOT a robot, was super sweet and personable, she represents her company very well. The fee to come out was $200 less than any other company AND the others wouldn’t come out until the next day at the earliest. However, Lakota called me within 10 minutes, only took 20 minutes to arrive. Received a text with a photo to make sure we knew who to expect. He was one hell of a professional. Super easy to talk to, had no problem showing me what he was doing to demonstrate what the problem was and I felt their parts prices were very reasonable. He didn’t try to upsell me even when he did the full check of the whole system. Was back on and cooling within 30 minutes. And I couldn’t be more happy with the whole experience. 10/10 will be calling again to have my Mini Split serviced. Didn’t do it today because Lakota needed to go save 2 other customers days. From the office and their employees to the prices, only place to call for your A/C needs!!!

Very knowledgeable tech (Enzo). He was on time and very friendly. I feel like I learned a lot about my own system during his visit. I have used Aircon for years and have never had a bad experience. The price was very reasonable and my system is better than ever!

We used Aircon Service Company for more than 8 years now and we are pretty happy & satisfied with their service.Steven is very professional and well experienced aircon tech! He is very friendly and thorough with his work.He always explain everything that he does after the service and ask if I have questions.He is always on time in his schedule which is so important for me and I appreciate that he always wear shoe cover when getting inside the house.What really impress me is he cares about my pets, so after his work he vacuum my carpet and floors to get rid of dirt and insulations that can possibly harm my pets.Thank you so much for always doing a great job!

Scheduled them to come out to perform a HVAC inspection/maintenance. Very pleased with the entire process. From scheduling the appt to when the AC Technician arrived. Angel was my technician. He was excellent. Very polite, professional and courteous. He also did a great job keeping me updated on everything, the prices were very reasonable and his recommend repairs were completed properly.
