We recently had a pool installed in the back yard, luckily we found TLG. They worked quickly around the tight schedule between pool build phases and completed their work within two days. Pablo was on it, as we made changes to the plan late into the night and still delivering what we ask for and more the next day. Work quality was good, they removed a lot of soil in this small area to replace with their material, then compacted and level perfectly. And to top it off they, beat three other installers on price as well. We always get four quotes for any project, usually don’t go with the cheapest, but Pablo seemed to know his stuff and was very confident in their work. Big win for us.

I had an amazing experience with this company. They turfed and landscaped my entire backyard at my brand new home and built a modern pergola that matches the house perfectly — it looks incredible.

They finished everything in less than a week and made the whole process easy. Tony, one of the owners, was great to work with. He communicated clearly, stayed on top of everything, and made sure the project ran smoothly from start to finish.

Texan Landscape Group did a great job on my recent landscaping project. The owner came out personally to provide the quote and take measurements. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with throughout the process.

His team completed the installation of the pavers, turf, and black star gravel, and the yard looks much cleaner and more organized now. The crew worked efficiently and completed the job in a timely manner.

I also appreciate that the owner followed up and reassured me that their work is backed by a warranty, which gives me confidence in the service they provide.

Overall, I’m happy with the results and appreciate their professionalism.

JB did our backyard a few years ago. The design was excellent, executed perfectly and his teams were courteous, professional and skilled. The pavers are still perfect... because they did the base right. The lights still work... because they used quality equipment. We did have a tree die and he replaced it quickly. Highly recommended!

We gave Jonathan the go ahead to redo, design all new landscaping in our front and backyard. After the winter freeze in February everything we currently had was dead or just looked awful so it all had to go. Jonathan came up with a design that was absolutely gorgeous and so fitting with our corner lot and elevation of our home. He worked with us on our budget and was never pushy about anything. He kept us updated as to when work would start which was to clear out all the old stuff then start with the new. He and his crew worked so hard, showing up when he said they’d be there and working all day long. Jonathan didn’t just ‘send’ a crew he was part of the crew each and every day, always on site overseeing that everything was perfect. We could not be happier with our yard and the work that JB Landscaping performed. We’ve had so many compliments from so many neighbors and as soon as the work was done and May arrived the neighborhood association gave us ‘Yard of the Month’ Neighbors who we didn’t even know stopped to ask who did our work and we gladly passed along the contact information. Chris and his crews did massive work for me back in December 2020.
I had pavers installed between my house and garage. Had a new horizontal fence put around my entire house and had artificial grass installed behind my garage where there is no sun. I cannot say enough positive things about the experience! They came when they were supposed to come and worked long hours to complete the projects. My neighbors are in awe of the fence and have complimented it many times. I absolutely love my new patio!! Most importantly Chris was there supervising all along the way and always responded to my questions or concerns promptly.

Helms Landscaping did an incredible job with our backyard. We highly recommend them as we have had artificial turf in the past and there’s no comparison. Helms turf and installation was top notch. They are professional and deliver high quality.
They also installed a putting green and worked closely with us to get exactly what we were looking for. They know golf well.

I priced out many different bids and Helms Landscaping was very competitive. Chris was responsive via text with my many questions. End product was better than we hoped. We ultimately went with turf for main part of backyard and black star gravel for the sides of house and back of garage. We had a large area to cover it looks absolutely amazing. He tied in our downspouts for a very clean look and was able to add metal poles to the perimeter for shade sails I will add later to cover the pool area. Schedule got a little delayed because of the weather which was out of his control. We are very, very happy with the end result. Thanks again, Chris!

My wife and I were extremely happy with the outcome of our outdoor project. We had Helms Landscape work on both our front and back yards with installation of artificial turf, blackstone gravel and placement of additional drainage systems. Chris and his team worked very diligently and the project went extremely smoothly. Chris was actually on site everyday to supervise things. He clearly takes pride in his work and the company and it shows in the results. He was always courteous and easy to contact regarding questions/concerns. I would recommend this company to others without any hesitation.

We hired Helms Landscape Design in Fall of 2022 to install artificial turf in our backyard and lay large square concrete stepping stones around the edge. It has been three months since the job completion, and we could not be more pleased with the outcome.

Chris just installed artificial turf in our backyard as well as some additional plantings. He was extremely easy to talk with and responsive to our needs and desires. His quote was quickly obtained and was detailed, all inclusive and competitive. His crew arrived (with him) promptly when scheduled and were unobtrusive and obviously skilled at what they do. He was readily available when we had questions, accommodating when we wanted to alter the original design and finished the work in the promised time frame. The work involved some changes in our sprinkler system and he even sent his sprinkler guru over when the job was completed to make adjustments and ensure that the system was working at peak efficiency. I am a perfectionist and very detail-oriented, and I have zero complaints. Chris and his team were incredibly responsive, timely, and talented! His crew was clean and respectful, and the pricing was incredibly competitive. He did a fabulous job renovating our entire backyard to make it more dog-friendly! Our pups love it! And so do we! In a few months, I hope to have him and his crew back out to tackle the front yard. He’s a 10-10! If you’re thinking about hiring him, you should! You will not be disappointed!
