Chris was great to work with. He was very responsive and helped me come up with a plan to update our patio and install turf. He was patient with all my questions. His crew was very polite and kept a very clean site. I was impressed overall with the whole experience and am loving our turf and backyard!

He was more than accommodating with our estimate process and scheduling the installation. We are thrilled with the result. I was beyond impressed with the whole process with Helms. From the initial estimate to the installation, it was all easy and seamless. We installed Astro turf, trees and some concrete steps. The whole process was very professional, efficient and all our questions were answered timely. I made several changes during the process and they always accommodated with no issues. The work crew did a fantastic job, and worked hard and quickly. We are incredibly pleased and loving our new backyard!!

Chris is the consummate professional. He is not the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but his work quality is worth every penny. His team did a fantastic job and left the site cleaner than when they arrived. He noticed a piece of turf that didn't quite match the rest and showed it to us before he left. He is coming back to replace the small section in the coming week. Chris is honest, dependable and a very strong communicator throughout the entire process. We were so satisfied with the experience we are having him come back to landscape our front yard.

It was wonderful working with Helms Landscape! The owner, Chris, was very responsive and professional. He completely got my vision aesthetically and functionally. He figured out how to solve a drainage problem that 2 plumbers could not. And all the drains are now hidden under turf and rocks. The yard looks beautiful and is so much more usable now. It is my kids’ outdoor haven! Chris’s team was also amazing! They were incredibly kind, respectful, and professional. They clearly had been working together for a long time and knew exactly what to do. They cleaned up after themselves every day and communicated clearly with us. I truly admire the leadership within their team. They were on time and completed the job in less time than originally anticipated. Chris and his team installed artificial turf at our home and we couldn't be happier with the finished product. It looks amazing. Chris did a great job for us in transforming our backyard. It was a pretty difficult job that required building in new steps removing a pool building a fence laying turf and dealing with a highly detail oriented. Customer. Two years later, I called Chris and asked him to look into something for me and he quickly jumped on it even though I was well outside of the guarantee. Besides the quality of the work, Chris was a great guy to work with.

If you want a good quality putting green and want it done right, then Chris Helms is the guy for the job. I found Chris' company out on the web, and just sent him an email one evening. He called me the next day, we set an appointment to which he showed up right on time. He is a real nice guy, and his crew was just as nice. We agreed on a deal, and set a date. He actually started the job early, which was a good thing for me and finished on schedule. Even though I made some changes mid-stream he still stayed on schedule. Also after the putting green was cut and laid in place he saw there was an issue with the green ( a defect), pulled up that green and went and got a new one to replace the one with the defect. His crew was excellent, very friendly and very interactive. They talked to me throughout the process about what they were doing and answered all my questions. If I had to do it all over again, Chris and Helms Landscaping would be my first choice. I am so pleased with the whole proc

Chris and his team did an awesome job installing underground drainage from back to the front yard, artificial turf, and rock on both sides of the house. From start to finish in less than 4 days. Chris answered all of my questions (and there were LOTS) quickly and helped me to understand the products he was using and maintenance steps of owning artificial turf. The crew were very polite & cleaned up nicely each evening before leaving with a full clean up the day they finished. It was a great experience working with Chris and his crew. I would definitely recommend!

Chris’ humor and affable manner make him easy to deal with. He is quick to get back to you as questions arise. His teams are hard workers who take pride in the finished product. They always had a smile on their faces and were quick to change gears when we changed our mind about something without so much as a frown.

If I am being honest, Chris’ laid back approach works for him, but I struggled slightly as his organizational skills were not mine, but, then again, I am a project manager by trade so it might just be my standards.

I would definitely use this company again for future work.
