I'd been lazy about maintaining my front yard. Then the big freeze wrecked it. Castro's landscaping team did an awesome job removing the dead plants and overgrown weeds, squaring up the hedges, and cleaning up to rebeautify the yard. Definitely recommend

Gave me the most ridiculous quote to do concrete and gravel in a 10 x 30 yard. Charging me $80 per square foot!!

Who ever said they are affordable is MISTAKEN. They are a ripoff. They did no measurements when they came by my house just walked around then walked out.

I needed a complete landscaping job for the front of my townhome. Realizing that it would be difficult to find a company to do such a small job, I tried anyway. Just about to give up I called Texas Castro. I explained what I needed to Sarah and much to my surprise she was at my home an hour and a half later to get the details. Two days later I had a quote and after a rain delay Hipolito and his crew were at my home for the installation. He had sourced exactly the plants I had asked for and the work was done professionally.He even came back a day later to fertilze.If you need landscaping work done you don't need to look anywhere else. Highly recommended.

Ipolito Castro is an extremely hard working and conscientious landscape worker. My wife and I hired him to dig the soil to 2 inches below the foundation of our garage and haul it away. There were lots of roots and old rocks to deal with. I then wanted bull rock placed in the alley between the garage and fence on 2 sides of the garage. It took he and his helper 2 half days of work and they worked till it was finished, even to it was very cold on the 2nd day. I would heartily recommend Mr Castro and will surely call him when I need other landscape work.

Hibilito and the guys at Texas Castro Landscaping are great at what they do. They built and installed a wood fence with an entry gate, as well as about 225 sqft of sod for phase 1 of our Oak Forest backyard project. They did high quality work at a fast pace, with a respectful and professional crew.

I plan to hire Texas Castro again in the near future for the next phase of the redo.

Texas Castro Landscaping did such an amazing job on a MAJOR backyard remodel project. My backyard went from empty and boring to beautiful and resort like! They built an attached screened in covered patio with ceiling fan, added flowerbeds, a fountain, a stone walkway, flowerbed lighting, sprinkler system, stained fencing, gutters and so much more. They are very professional and met all of my expectations. Hipolito and Sarah were extremely helpful and communicated with me throughout the entire process. I also appreciated the extra care and time they put into this project. During the winter storm, my project was put on pause but they still came and covered my new flower beds and plants to protect them from the freeze. Afterwards they even replaced any plants that died due to the freeze and repaired my sprinkler system that burst. I will definitely be hiring them in the future for all landscaping needs. Highly recommend!!

I had a good experience, I wasn’t sure about his work and is hard to open the doors of your home to a stranger. Now Mr. Hipolito takes care of my home land and always he success my expectations, he also does extra labors at home like painting or fixing any kind of problems and he’s always opened to do whatever is necessary. I really have loyalty on him thanks to his work and honesty !!!

They were great! Our back yard was a mess after a previous contractor put in our patio and did not clean up well. All the grass was dead and the yard was full of mud and weeds. They put in new sod and also built us some raised beds for a vegetable garden and now the yard looks great!
They also weeded and cleaned up our front yard too without us even asking. So grateful for their service!

Excellent service and communication! Hipolito was very understanding and flexible when we were working out a quote to figure out what bushes to install in our front yard. We ended up going through 3 professional quotes, and picking one, and they were very up front and consistent with pricing. In my experience a lot of times other landscapers and contractors just make up a price that fluctuates randomly from job to job, so adjusting and tailoring the job to our budget was easy. They also didn’t try to upsell me on more expensive plants and helped me pick another similar option that’s within my price range. And price was excellent for the amount of work done!

We hired Texas Castro Landscaping to redo the landscaping in our back yard and address a drainage problem next to our garage. Our experience was great: very professional and friendly, and outstanding service! Hipolito’s team did a quality job and accommodated all our “punch list” requests to make sure the job was completed to our satisfaction. We also hired them to put together a playset for our kids, and we will likely be hiring them again to do some work in our front yard in the next year or so.

Ipolito is fantastic! He just did a beautiful job re-sodding our yard. He has great attention to detail, and took care of the rest of our lawn beautifully (they even power washed the driveway and sidewalk after they were done!). I absolutely recommend him and his team.
