L&S is a great company to use for all of your residential needs. We recently had them come out to replace our kitchen faucet. The technician that came out was Joseph Metts. He was on time and came equipped for the job. He was very knowledgeable about his trade and was able to explain everything in layman's terms.

Horrible quality and service, stay away. No pride in work and are not qualified to be doing the work from what I can tell, been fighting AC issues for 2 months on my DR Horton house and no progress.

We had a service call with Jeff at L&S Mechanical. He was a great communicator, on-time for both visits and quickly identified the issue. Thanks to Jeff, our house will be at a super cool 72 degrees even in the heat of the summer! I highly recommend L&S Mechanical for commercial, residential installation and service!

Horrible Hvac experience for my family and I. Their techs are not experienced. They never have supplies and they make excuses. L&S has been to my home more times than I can count and they never fix the issue at hand. Now we have a no cooling issue and I’m forced to move my wife and one year old son into a hotel. The outsize unit froze, I called L&S and they sent a tech out. He immediately said it was the blower motor but he didn’t even check the outside unit. He also didn’t check for leaks or check coolant levels.

Stay away from L&S for Hvac work if possible.

Joe has repaired every toilet in our home, helped with our disposal, replaced our water heater after the freeze, etc. He’s a consummate professional, always on time, incredibly helpful. We could not recommend him enough.

Perry Homes uses them for HVAC install. Big mistake! We have had the HVAC leak not once but twice due to the seals not being done correctly. We have had water damage in our entire home from them. STAY FAR FAR AWAY. Attorneys will be contacted.

I had the pleasure of William Barker Jr to fix what I would say, is a poor workmanship by a builder. From the questions that he asked and the approach that he took, I can tell that William is a master of his trade. He treats his work like a piece of art and I’m thankful that he was sent over as his solution met every expectations of mine. Thank you William!

Luis from L&S Has been nothing but helpful. he has went over and beyond to help us with any HVAC questions, maintenance and repair. I would recommend the service to anybody.

This company came to my property for the same problem about 5 times. High humidity, first technicians they send you are the ones coming out of school clueless, at the end they send a senior tech and they left my property with 76% humidity saying everything was fine, that I was been to picky. Customer service terrible with office. The management talk like you are asking for favors. Like homeowners want someone to be coming over and over for the same problem. Just call someone else. When you see service companies with too many 5 star reviews you know they not real.

I can’t say enough great things about L&S Mechanical and our Service Tech, Rory. He went above and beyond to resolve our AC problem. He was always so professional and courteous. I highly recommend this company. We will definitely be using them for future needs and services.

Leaky toilet repair. Barker did an excellent job in fixing the leaky toilet..
Plumbing: This time he fixed the gas leak under the cook top. There are three leaks. He took the lines apart and remove the Teflon tapes. He used the glue for all gas connections. Great job. No more gas smell inside the house.

In a world where every construction and maintenance company is extremely unreliable, working with L&S was an absolute pleasure. Barker junior is the most professional person I have met in a very long time. Thank you for being on time and making this a quick and painless process.

Bought a new home they installed the ac system in. Had to call them 5 times to my home to address some issues and all 5 times the issues were not resolved. So instead of my unit being fixed under warranty I had to outsource to a different company to address the issues . Would rate them a zero if I could. Do not use them is you have other options.

Ask for Joseph Metts as he was the one who did my work today. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The work looked great after he finished and the pricing compared to others in the area was outstanding. They don’t price gouge as many plumbers do. He was very honest.

He was reliable and does good work. This was a warranty repair for these hot water tanks. Unfortunately both had failed 2 months after the original install. Then he repaired one while waiting on parts for the other. Then the repaired one failed and fixed again a month ago. Then finally the last of the warranty parts had arrived and now I have both tanks up and running. Manufacturer quality is creating extra work for L&S.

This company is unresponsive and none of the workers know what is going on and none of them call back for an update. I have to call otherwise I'd never get an answer. A/C went down Sunday night, the technician came on Thursday. Was told the part is coming in next week by Friday, and they don't have a portable unit for us to use while waiting for parts to arrive that they should have known would have broken since it's Texas in the summer months. It is 90 degree weather, and its going to take them 2 weeks to get this fixed. Now I have to wait until Monday for them to "might" have a unit available for us to use until the part comes in and repairs are make.

The absolute worst. What's the point of emergency services when they do not respond. Scheduled to have the plumber come out Friday after hours. Did not come until Saturday morning. No explanation. Then without fixing the problem he just left without notice. Now I can't get a hold of anyone at the company despite this being an emergency. What a disaster.

We bought a home where they were contracted to do the A/C work. My wife is a 100 percent disabled vet with severe PTSD and our home is where she can feel safe…that is until our experience with this company. We filed a warranty claim and were told they would be out on a Monday. On the Friday before while we were out of town someone from their company shows up. My wife explains to them through our ring doorbell, which we sent the videos to this company, that we were not home. They had a clear exchange about us not being there. The guy said he was there to do our warranty work and my wife let him in believing she had to. After a few minutes of him being in our home he exits and goes back in front of the camera and tells her he can’t be there if we are not home and then leaves. We were super confused because he entered knowing we were not home. When we get back we realize my wife’s air pod pros were stolen from the counter and it was the last gps location recorded on the find my app. We reach out to L and S to explain our concern and that’s where things went downhill. They told us the guy had been there for 2 years and knew their policy and shouldn’t have entered our home. They then said they would look into it. After hearing nothing for a long time I reach out and ask what’s going on with replacing the AirPods and the employee. I was told they looked into it and decided he didn’t take them and that they would take no action. They can’t explain why he would enter our home knowing it was in violation of the policy then randomly after spending some time inside decide to just leave without doing any work. I understand that places get some bad employees and that is understandable but what isn’t understandable is putting a bad employee before your customer. Be very careful about letting this company in your home because no matter what policy their employee breaks they don’t seem to care.

He did an awesome job repairing our toilet tank. Told me how it cracked and installed a new one. He was done in less than 20 minutes!! Thank you so much

Luis Gallardo from L&S did a fantastic job fixing our humidity problem… Luis mentioned that one of the components in the attic had been improperly installed and he fixed it upon inspection… I’m glad there are still people out there who take pride in their work… A++++++

Jeff Williams was excellent. He was professional, courteous and most of all, competent. He was persistent and creative in finding a solution to my air conditioning problems. He did everything he said he would do and even stayed very late one evening to finish the job after he had traveled all over Central Texas that day. I highly recommend Jeff and L&S Mechanical!
