Leo and his team were friendly, knowledgeable, responsive and made sure to follow up to make sure our gas was turned on properly. This company has been trying to work to get us hot water, seems like HWA is taking their time to get it fixed Kintex plumbing is telling them the hot water heater needs a part they are not listening. Over all kintex plumbing is a great company if the Home Warranties would work with them more effectively. The hot water heater been broken since May.

DO NOT USE. 100% Plumbing sent a "plumber" who reeked of cigarettes to my home to fix my Kohler whirlpool motor that apparently seized up. They said I need a new motor and brought another a week or two later. I didn't stand there and watch, but they tinkered and then came to me and said it didn't work. They said they needed to take the existing motor to find a replacement. They did not tell me I couldn't use the tub, because they left the drain pipe to the motor completely open, which I found out when I needed to take a bath last night. It's been over a month, and they haven't called with a solution. I think they just stole my Kohler motor! I cannot get them on the phone, and the dispatcher number hangs up on me the second I call. If anyone knows any details for this company, I need them so I can sue them and put them out of business so this doesn't happen to anyone else.
