Sergey was our technician and he was incredibly friendly and nice, I love his attitude. We had low water pressure in the 2 sinks of the master bathroom and he fixed it up in less than 30 minutes. He also helped me distinguish between poorly made faucets so I could find a good brand to replace the current ones. I would love for him to help again if we have anymore plumbing needs.

First and foremost, I was impressed by their prompt response. When I called them for an inspection, they came out the same day, demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction. The very next day, they efficiently replaced my water heater, ensuring that I didn’t have to endure any inconvenience for long.

Den, in particular, was incredibly knowledgeable and informative. He took the time to explain the problem he identified and what needed to be done to resolve it. His expertise gave me confidence that I was in good hands.

Furthermore, the water heater replacement was necessary due to faulty roof sealing by the home builder. This was something I was unaware of, but Den made sure to educate me about it. It’s reassuring to know that they not only fix the immediate issue but also address the underlying cause.

I must commend Alex for his exceptional customer service. He went above and beyond by offering to patch the roof at no additional cost if it was a simple fix on the delivery day. Although it turned out to be more complex than anticipated, his willingness to assist and find a solution demonstrated his commitment to customer satisfaction.

In addition to their expertise and excellent service, I appreciate their honesty and transparency. They provided a fair and competitive price for the work they performed, ensuring that I received value for my money. I even accidentally over paid and Alex reached out to make me aware of this mistake. Wow!!!! Who has that kind of honesty in 2024…. These guys thats who!!!

Leaking underground water line not far from the meter. Bar arrived early and assessed the situation. After shutting off the water, bailing out the meter area, and digging down to the leak; he repaired the break with a length of Pex piping. He tested the repair and flushed the line through a nearby spigot. Showed me the water meter indicating no leaks. Answered my questions. Timely service and a fair price.

I contact H-Town Plumbers on a Saturday morning and they were able to successfully clear kitchen sink drain line by midday. They were professional and efficient. I recommend them! and will be using them again.

I experienced a water heater drain valve leak. I contacted H Town Plumber on Wednesday afternoon, had to leave a message but my call was returned in less than hour. I explained the issue, they gave me an appointment time for Thursday afternoon. However they were able to get out earlier which was great for me.
The communication with me through the whole process was outstanding. Bar was very professional in the way he was able to explain and answer any of my questions.

Alex and Don are fantastic plumbers. I had somewhat of an odd-ball request, with a heat pump water heater and a buffer tank, and they worked with me on my request, step by step, ensuring they installed exactly what I needed, and at a very reasonable price. Couldn't be happier with their expertise and customer service!

The plumbing crew is professional and friendly. The fees are very reasonable. They identify problems and offer a couple of solutions for both short- and long-term needs. I trust them to fix any plumbing issues at my business.

Bar was an absolute lifesaver. We had an exterior pipe burst due to the cold weather, and he was able to come out on very short notice. He was responsive, professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. Bar quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the fix in a way that made sense, and got everything repaired efficiently so we could safely turn our water back on.

**GAS LEAK REPAIR** I needed an emergency repair after the gas company shut off service to replace our gas meter and found a leak in the line leading up to our house. With our gas already off for a day and a half and with an upcoming trip, I was stressed and worried about both the timing and the potential cost. I spoke with Paige, who understood the urgency and was able to send Bar out very quickly.

Bar was professional, friendly, and extremely patient with my concerns. He walked me through what he was doing, pinpointed the problem, and fixed the leak in the above-ground pipe so the gas company could safely reconnect my service. I was relieved the repair didn’t turn into something far more expensive (I found their fee reasonable), and I was happy to offer a gratuity on top of the service fee for the fast response during an emergency.

I’m incredibly grateful to H-Town Plumbing and highly recommend them for their responsiveness, honesty, and excellent work.

Had a leak coming from my water meter box which caused increased water bills. I called and someone was able to come out the same day. Bar did a great job of quickly identifying the source of the leak and making the necessary part replacement. He explained and showed me the cause of the leak and the replacement process. The price was reasonable as well which was definitely a plus!! Great service overall!!
