We had a freeze bust the outside main drainage from the kitchen. We called mid-morning on Saturday and Sergey arrived within 2 hours. He did an excellent job, answered all questions and provided a requested estimate for additional work. The pricing and warranty were quite reasonable, relative to other plumbers. We have had a few issues with our plumbing in an older house this year and these guys are consistently so great. They have same day availability, show up on time, and work quickly and thoroughly. They explain the issues well and I have felt the price is very reasonable and clearly laid out in a detailed pre-invoice so you know what you’re getting into. I trust them to handle any needs we’ve got!

Sergi was very nice, but his command of English was so poor we had a difficult time communicating. I wanted a new drain line run, and even used Google Translate, but eventually I settled for having my drain snaked which will not be a permanent fix. So It was very frustrating. He clearly did not want to run the line I suggested and I don’t exactly know why

The repair person informed me prior to doing any work, the estimated price and the breakdown. He then proceeded to do all the work, we walked the repair site, he explained all the work that was done. He was very amenable and talked about gas line maintenance.

Alex the owner came out himself since his tech that services our area was injured and replaced a broken toilet flange and cutoff valve. Very professional and showed me the cost of the additional parts he had to get from Home Depot without any mark up. Very fair pricing and would highly recommend their services.

I contacted H-Town Plumbing to replace my garbage disposal. They gave me an estimate and scheduled the appointment for the next day. Bar was the plumber who also repaired a water line leak for us a couple years ago. He arrived when scheduled, is very personable and explains things beforehand. The replacement was fairly quick (30-45 min). I am very pleased with the service provided.

H-Town Plumbers did an awesome job on what I needed. There was a few things I wasn't comfortable doing on my own, but they did the job at a great rate. They even did on the fly changes to the scope of I needed and found a great solution. Water sofener and filter system installed + gas line fix and adaptor for my gas generator. Fixed a few leaks as well.
