He had a great sense of humor yet very professional! He had excellent communication skills and went over and beyond the call by doing extras without extra fees! Not sure if this company had an uptick in business today or just too busy for a customer requiring assistance but the communication wasn’t great with this company. It started out well and received a quote over the phone but once I tried reaching back out a few minutes later to move forward, my calls were ignored. Gave an hour lapse for a response then tried calling again. This time the call was rejected. Still no response after 3hrs.

Experienced plumbers, they done a fantastic job and I will recommend to my friends and family.

They came out to give an estimate for work. It was clear, professional, and courteous. They didn't feel "sales-y." Definitely goes a long way toward who I pick to hire/perform the work.

Edit (work performed): This team does an excellent job! Not only did they show up within the timeframe they gave me, but they called beforehand, asked permission when entering the house, and educated me on the relevant issues related to the repair work they did. They finished the job with minimal repair needed to the drywall. I had the smoke test done, and they identified the issue so quickly, my house was hardly smoky. Highly Recommended!

Matthew was a lifesaver!!! I went downstairs to the kitchen around 2am and water was everywhere. Trying not to freak out, I called several emergency plumbers in Houston that I found on Google, advertising that they came out 24/7. What a joke 😡 Very false advertising. It was only after several calls that THANK GOODNESS I found After Hours Plumbing Service and Matthew. He was awesome!!! 🤩 Very professional and got here immediately helping avert what was sure to turn into a nightmare disaster. I can’t recommend Matthew highly enough. We are so happy that we called after hours Plumbing service, after being told from another company that we were gonna have to spend thousands of dollars to reroute our tub drain, That was going to cost us over fifteen thousand dollars. After hours, plumbing service, got my tub Drain unclogged and I am very satisfied!!! My words can't explain. I am so thrilled and happy I am just so happy!!! I was crying when they got it unclogged as well because I couldn't believe it could be fixed. As I am in my 70s I didnt know any better and belived the other company??? but now i am starting to belive! I Would highly recommend this company.

We had an overnight disaster of clogged drains with sewer backing up. I called 4 places that couldn't help us. Then came across this company. They were very quick and honest with prices. They came out fast with great communication. Matt and David were very professional! Would highly recommend!!

Installed a whole generator during hurricane season in only a day and a half, and started the project almost immediately. The placement, due to utility easements, was in a low area of the yard, and they managed to construct a concrete pad that was 12” tall! Very knowledgeable, extremely friendly, and did a great job with cleanup afterwards. Great service, showed up within the estimated time window. Would definitely recommend, and am planning for them to return to replace my water heater.
