This company cut some trees down in my neighborhood and left the mess for two almost three days. Some of it started blowing into the street and it wasn’t just leaves, huge branches. Cars were swerving to not scratch or run the branches over, almost caused an accident. IN MY OPINION, there should’ve been a truck following them cleaning up the mess as they went. But they did make it easier to see people on the sidewalks, so that’s a plus.

The most UNPROFESSIONAL workers you could ever imagine having on your property. My neighborhood hired them for cutting the trees near power lines and for over 10 minutes one of their guys banged on my door and rang the doorbell repeatedly laughing at my elderly dog barking from inside the door bark at him. NO BODY was home! There was a car in the driveway but NO ONE was home and you harassed my poor dog repeatedly, for what! Unprofessional and absolutely disgusting! I hate that’s they were in my back yard when I wasn’t home, who knows what these sick people were doing back there. Lakewood Forest should never hire you again!

This company is HORRIBLE I would never recommend any management to use them. 1. They are so unprofessional 2. They overcharge and have made up charges on invoices. 3. They have a website but of course just like them is non working. If you see this company enter your property GET THEM OUT ASAP we have work that was never completed but are being charge for. This is a great example of a mediocre company.

I very much pleased with ALVEAR CONSTRUCTION. They showed Cooperservices that there NO JOB to Small. Their safety standards are great they understood about a JSA and work performance was on point. Turn around time was on point and their completion communication was outstanding. Cooperservices performed Engineering Inspection on their work performed on Structure Welding it passed. Also, Cooperservices had Electrical Engineer inspected ALVEAR Electrical Installation tested and Signed off ALVEAR AND our Engineering Department was very much pleased with their performance. Cooperservices gives ALVEAR CONSTRUCTION 100% on Personality , Communication, Quality of work. GREAT JOB ALVEAR CONSTRUCTION THANK YOU FROM COOPERSERVICES

THIS BUSINESS HAS NEVER BEEN AT THIS ADDRESS! This is my and my husband's property and some crazy lady thought she could just use our address for her make believe business AND changed her license to here as well! Sorry, to say but this never has nor never will be at this address. In fact it's not a real business anyhow so I'm sure nobody is even looking. 😁
