Corey Roofing replaced my roof in 2023. They did a very professional job! Two years later I am selling this home & They came out to do a roof inspection & clarified and proved the home inspection the buyer had was incorrect in their findings!

I recently had my roof replaced by Corey Construction Roofing, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the entire team was professional and efficient. They even handled removing and reinstalling my gutters as part of the job, and both the gutter crew and roofing crew were top-notch.

Hudson, the project manager, did an outstanding job keeping everything on track, and Eric, the residential president, was great to work with. The new roof color looks fantastic, and the cleanup was perfect - everything was left spotless.

Purchased my home in April of 23, and about 11-14 months later started noticing signs of a minor roof. I am not very handy so it took me a few months of troubleshooting to diagnose the problem, but I was finally able to confirm that the issue is from a vent that was poorly installed and it was in fact an issue from the get go. I reached out to my builder who informed me that their warranty had expired but they provided me with the name of the company who installed the roof and it was Corey Construction.

Despite my warranty with the builder being up I thought for sure if it’s a brand new roof that it would have a few year warranty and once I googled Corey Construction and saw that they looked reputable, that I would have no problem getting my roof fixed. I mean it was in fact an issue with the install.

So I reached out to the company and they seemed very friendly and polite. Someone from their warranty team emailed me about a week after I contacted them and they said it was no longer under warranty. But they could come inspect it for a $200 fee to give me an estimate on the repair.

I am incredibly frustrated with the experience and cannot recommend a company that is not willing to back their product that costs THOUSANDS of dollars, for only one year. That’s how long my microwave’s manufacturer warranty is. Not to mention it’s not the result of weather or natural damage or the shingles giving out. It’s due to a poor install. The leak was so small that it took about a year to even show damage.

One of the salesmen from OS Construction came to my door saying he wanted to look at a problem I was having with my roof. I wasn't aware there was a problem, but they came back out and worked on it and within two weeks I had a new roof. All the rain we had with Harvey and I haven't have one leak. They replaced my roof in one day in 102 degrees, cleaned up everything after they finished and did it all in twelve hours. They even came in about $600 less than the insurance quote. For sure, I would recommend this company and I have.

Following a storm there were a number of companies running our neighborhood offering free inspections for roof damage. We ultimately decided to go with O&S Construction because they not only kept their appointment after I called them, but from that point on they worked with our insurance company and made the process completely painless for us. They even came out and met with the insurance adjuster to make sure everybody was seeing the same issues.
O&S helped us upgrade our 3-tab roof to architectural shingles and worked to keep us very close to the cost of our insurance deductible for our out of pocket costs even with the upgraded shingles. On the installation day, they came out as promised, their crew was professional, and they completed the roof in a single day. Our sales rep came back out after the roof was completed to inspect the roof with us and address any concerns, and also took the time to sweep a second time for nails around the property to make sure everything was cleaned up for us. I highly recommend O&S to anyone seeking to have a roof done.

I had some construction work done about a month ago by OS Construction after seeing they were working on a house down the street from us. The sales person who was was there asked if they could come out and take a look at our roof. After we went over the pricing, I called my insurance company and coordinated the details with them. OS then returned and looked at the roof and said it did need to be replaced. OS Construction performed the work in a timely manner, did good on clean up and I'm happy with the work. It only took them about two days to take off the old roof and put on the new one and we have already recommended them to others.

The sales reps from OS Construction approached me after a hailstorm in the neighborhood, and after they inspected my roof, talked to me about some of the options I had. They worked with my insurance to get the job done and were also willing to give me an upgrade to Architect shingles which I felt was a better value. The workers were on time and stayed within the budget that was estimated as well as did a thorough clean up. I would recommend them to others.

Overall I am very satisfied with the quality, timing, price, etc, from OS Construction. They had done some work on a neighbors house and I went over to the job they were doing and asked to talk to their sales rep. He gave me an estimate which I felt was a fair price and they were good about showing up on time as well. They took off the old roof completely and put a new one on. This was done this past year in May or June. I would recommend them to others as they did a great job.

After purchasing my home about 3 years ago, I new I'd need a new roof, so when a rep from OS Construction stopped by a few months ago, I met with him. He was working with others in our neighborhood who had experienced some storm damage. He was a very courteous, professional sales representative, and even though my insurance didn't cover the job, he gave me a cash quote that I felt was very fair and reasonable. Even though I was very satisfied with their work and recommended them to others, my neighbor who needed a new roof as well, chose to go with someone else and their crew left a mess and nails all over their yard, even into my driveway. I was glad I went with OS because they cleaned up so well after themselves and did a quality job.

Tridom is a great company that hires great people looking to genuinely take care of its customers. They worked to get everything they could for me after my house damaged from the 2024 hurricane and still followed up to take care of me after. I’ve already referred others to Tridom and I will continue to do so.
