Nick and his crew were the perfect fit for fixing our roof after the storms this summer. Quick, quality work and very reasonably priced.

I contacted Nick per a referral on a neighborhood page. He came out with a drone on day one and had the roof repaired the next day. Very efficient and easy to discuss the issues with. I highly recommend him. Bonus: his team is comfortable with 3-story homes.

We suddenly found we had a few holes in our roof that we were not aware of. After going through a couple of sites for reviews, we landed on selecting Kalina Roofing. The owner was quick to stop by and evaluate what exactly we needed. They were able to start in under a week and complete the work in 1.5 days. His pricing was fair and the work was amazing. You should definitely hire them!!!

Nick and his team were great. He communicates great, shared detailed photos and assessment, and has a sense of urgency when curtailing issues. They are also understanding of budgetary constraints in the midst of a lot of issues around the storm. We loved working with him and will work with him again in the future!

Nick was great! His communication was perfect! He listened to all of our concerns, and explained the process of our roof replacement in ways we could understand.

We were very concerned with nails being left in the yard after the replacement. We have 3 large dogs and cannot worry about them getting a nail stuck In one of their paws. And Nick’s crew exceeded our expectations for the final clean up!!

We did run into a few issues with our siding and framing… (we had foundation repairs done when we purchased our home and thought that was the end of it.) Nick walked us through a few different options for repairs and worked with us to stay in our budget.

I now know more about roofs then I ever thought I would but thanks to Nick we have a great new roof and no nails in our dogs paws.

Nick and his crew were highly professional and did an excellent job. I’m new to this house which has a flat roof. I even climbed up there with his crew who then showed me the extent of repairs. The roof was not attached to the house and had been neglected for years. Rotten wood planks and moisture under the top layer. Mario and the crew were timely and efficient in the week of work it took to remove and restore the entire roof. I will definitely be contacting them in the future for other home repairs. As for the company who conducted my pre-purchase home inspection (which included the roof), well they’re getting a different type of review.

He brought a crew over the same day. They were quick and efficient.

We knew our roof had sustained some damage after Hurricane Beryl, Nick came out same day to give us an estimate and showed us drone pictures of all the damage. He was communicative with us throughout the entire process. His crew worked hard even in this August heat and were able to have my roof replaced all in one day as promised. Nick and the Kalina Roofing team were amazing! I have never worked with such a timely contractor. Job was started immediately and finished within a couple weeks. The job was not small: exterior roofing and siding repair, complete exterior/interior painting, drywall replacement over large ceilings areas with texture, installation of new toilets and plumbing, flooring, electrical, lighting, power washing, and refinished a wood stair banister that was horribly scratched. The place looks incredible. I am so happy I decided to work with Nick Kalina. He was extremely responsive to all requests and add-ons. He didn't overcharge for many things he could have when I needed something extra. Pricing was transparent and fair. He also found issues that would have killed me in an inspection of the property as I am trying to sell it. Addressing these matters was easy when working him. We will be working with him again in total confidence on my mom's renovation projects in the future too!

NIck and his crew replaced our roof in August of last year. The roof came out fantastic, haven't had any issues with it and more importantly, it was very fairly priced. What I was most impressed with, was Nick's professionalism, which made us feel very comfortable.
