Solar Energy Company reviews in Houston, Texas
-
The crew showed up later than scheduled. The guys were polite and took some time to get things figured out. Install started out smooth then little by little there were things that happened that were strange but I stayed home to make sure everything continued to progress. I ended up having to get their wire from one part of my attic to the other, cause they couldn’t figure it out, then ran pvc from my shop to the house for them cause they were having difficulties figuring that out as well!
After 6 hours of my personal labor and some of my own electrical materials used, we finally were able to bring the system on line!
Fast forward several months and the inverter took a crap! Been waiting for 3 weeks now to get someone to take care of this! They say it will be 2 weeks before they can get a crew ( should only take one man) to change the inverter out!
What I know know is Fastrac will never get a recommendation from me or anyone I know! !
Customer service has a lot to be desired!
I even had to pay up front labor just start the process for them to come out! Should not have had to pay anything because of the labor and materials I put into the job!!! -
Ms. Lanae is what one would call "Customer Service."
She has provided me the Support assistance, and advice a company Customer Service provides before after tge purchase of our Solar Panels.
She resolved my complaints and ensured a positive experience across various channels(phone, text and email) to foster customer satisfaction, retention and loyalty.
For example she did not do like others who have done in past just give me a work order number and then tell me to call the installers (Solar Edge) who in turn would tell me they couldn't do anything that I needed to call Fast Trac Energy.
Ms Lanae would say gave me thirty minutes (30) and I'll call you back. She would have my issue resolved and would call me back before the thirty (30) minutes were up, she would have my issue resolved and a appointment set up.
She is truly a professional and a very cheerful person to work with.
I strongly recommend a pay raise or a promotion. -
Nico and his crew were amazing! They arrived on time, everyone introduced themselves, and they got to work. The crew worked together like a well-oiled machine, each one playing their role to make this a seamless (and very fast) install. Nico kept us informed throughout the process as to what they were doing, and how all the pieces work together. Everyone was so polite and kind, and made us feel that we definitely made the right choice with Fastrac. Thank you so much to Nico and the crew for such a delightful solar install experience.

Great experience with FastTrac Energy Services team, specifically Makaio & Mitch. The team was professional, responsive, and knowledgeable throughout the process. They clearly explained system design, production expectations, and utility coordination in cedar hill, which gave me confidence moving forward.
Strong communication and solid customer service, I’d recommend them to anyone considering solar. -
This company is the best, & their people are amazing! Getting the Solar panels is almost the best decision we have ever made. Getting them through Fastrac & their installers is the absolute best decision we've ever made. Professionally & perfectly installed & the panels are still as great now as they were 5 years ago when they were installed - placed perfectly and sturdy on our house. I called to request the paperwork for the Solar panels, spoke with Jordan, and he sent me what I needed immediately while on the short call with him, hence this review. 5 years later, and the conversation was not only helpful, but so polite and professional. Thank you Fastrac, thank you Jordan.

The company itself… absolutely horrible. The people that work for them, 5 stars.
It’s been such a pain dealing with them and their “policies.” We got solar (not even 2 years ago) to help our electric bill since we live in the Fort Worth area (weather is always unknown). Since last May, one of our set of panels hasn’t been working and they told us that it was on us to check our solar panels everyday to make sure that they’re working… absolutely not. A company that knows how to deal with their customers and equipment would have people within the company that contact people about their system not working and that they need to schedule them to come out to get it looked at. Nope. It’s the home owners full responsibility to constantly check it like they do their social media… that’s a direct quote. And so we paid the service fee of $250 to get the breaker replaced so that we could finally have our panels working and do what they’re supposed to be doing. STILL NOT WORKING. Still having high electric bills that are getting higher is very frustrating and it’s not okay that they never let us know. It’s ridiculous that we have to constantly monitor the panels just to make sure they’re working properly. If the system was a good system, then there’s no need to constantly have to check them. So frustrating
I’m hoping they make it right but we’ll see… I have seen a lot of bad reviews on here so that tells me everything I need to know. -
These people are very good at their job. It was really nice having a great team out here doing this work. Could not ask for better. Thank you,

The Solar GOATs provided us with exemplary service. The insulation process was impressive. The crew arrived on time, were efficient, and maintained a clean and organized job site throughout the project. They were professional and respectful of my property and clearly experienced. The installation was completed on schedule, and they walked me through the process to ensure I understood what was done. Overall, the entire experience exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend!

They came in and did a very good job from start to finish. They were a very friendly group of guys and very professional. They let you know ahead what times they needed to be there and did not not let the weather slow them down.

I recently had solar installed on my home, and I cannot say enough great things about Moe, Bryson, Keeno, and Juan. From the very first visit to the final inspection, they were professional, respectful, and incredibly hardworking. They always showed up on time, explained every step in a way I could understand, and made sure I felt comfortable with the entire process from start to finish.
Moe kept the communication clear and consistent, letting me know what was happening each day and what to expect next. Bryson double‑checked the details and made sure everything was set up correctly and safely. Juanworked non‑stop on the installation and wiring, and you could tell he takes pride in doing things the right way, not the fast way. Leno was very careful around my property, protected my yard and walls, and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left—no trash, no nails, no mess.
The panels look great, the system is working exactly as promised, and my energy bills are already going down. On top of that, they were all friendly, patient with my questions, and very respectful of my home and my family. You don’t always get a team that is both skilled and genuinely caring, but that’s exactly what I got with Moe, Bryson, Keeno, and Juan.
I highly recommend this team to anyone thinking about going solar. If you get them assigned to your project, you’re in excellent hands. -
I am amazed with the Fastrac Energy team. From delivery of the solar equipment to installation by Amped Electric, Shane Sayer, every phase of the installation seemed flawless. The communication from the admin was always on time and accurate. Thank you for a solar energy system that is supplying all my power needs right now and exporting over twice the power that we consume. Of course it is winter time and we have less hours of sunlight this time of year. I recommend Shane Sayer, Amped Electric for any electrical needs, installations and repairs. His team is very efficient and detail oriented. His communication with me and with Fastrac was very professional and detailed. Thank you Fastrac.

I have been patient with this company. It's been over nine months since we started this journey. My my solar system was installed in july due to multiple issues. From incorrect placement, needing re permitting and reinstallation of components. And now missed opportunities for current inspections.I still have yet to have my system completed.I don't know what else I need to do to get this company to help me finish this project. But i'm currently not happy with the progress that it's been.
From the delays on their end, I lost over two months of full operating potential and had to pay pg&e yet again.
I hope that they are able to get this completed.
In a reasonable amount of time. -
Had my system installed during the summer heat wave. The crew worked in 95 degree weather and never complained. They finished a day early! The Jinko Tiger Neo panels with Solaredge optimizers have been crushing it. Even got a thank you card after installation nice personal touch that you don't see anymore.

I lost my job during the pandemic and was terrified about losing my house. Solar seemed insane to think about, but the monthly payment through their program was less than my electric bill. It actually improved my budget during the worst time of my life. Now I'm back working, and the savings are helping me rebuild my emergency fund. The Jinko Tiger Pro panels have been trouble-free for 11 months. Sometimes you have to invest in yourself even when it's scary. Best decision I made during a dark time.

Warning Warning Warning. I signed a contract with Integrated Sun in June of 2024 . I'm writing this review in Late June of 2025 and my installation is still not complete. The project manager was unprofessional and unaccountable. The company sent installers to my house with out giving me notice. This has been a horrible experience from the very beginning. Please save yourself the stress and pain of deal with this so called company.
Update 10/12/2025
The owner posted a comment to my review five days ago stating he would connect me soon to resolve the issue. I have still not heard anything from the owner or any one else apart of his company.
Please do not ignore this warning. -
I want to give 5 stars for the actual solar system - the LONGi panels and SolarEdge equipment work perfectly. But I'm giving 4 stars because of a miscommunication during scheduling that delayed installation by two weeks. However, I have to say they handled the mistake incredibly well. The manager called personally to apologize, expedited the installation, and threw in a free monitoring upgrade. Nobody's perfect, but how they handled the problem showed real integrity. System has been great for 6 months, and I'd still recommend them despite the hiccup.

Dec.2/2025 - I reached out to Faris Atal at IntegratedSun Solar the evening of Dec.1/25 when I noticed that one array of solar panels at my home was not functioning for few days. Faris diagnosed the problem and had the repair tech resolve the problem the next morning, Dec.2/25. Issue was with the breaker in Enphase box. Very much appreciate Faris’s initiative, prompt follow-up and technical assistance.
July 2025 - Outstanding technical & customer service by Faris Atal. Integrated-Sun installed my home solar system about 3 years ago and it has worked very well with no problems. Recently an array of panels stopped worked, called customer service and was assigned Faris Atal, who very promptly followed up with me, did some troubleshooting over the phone / on-line and assigned a technician who came over the same day and resolved the problem. I have no regrets purchasing solar system from Integrated-Sun few years ago and my first service call to them was professionally and promptly resolved by Faris. Also appreciate Faris's follow-up call the next day to ensure system was performing well. My many thanks to Faris and the tech for the great service! -
I was very pleased with Integrate Sun. Their prices were very competitive and my project manager Aryan Lee helped me through the whole process of getting the system designed, installed, inspected and operating. 5 stars.

Process was going well, communication was good until the panels I originally agreed to purchase were on backorder. To keep the process moving, I was offered a lower production model. Before agreeing, I asked my project manager (Aryan Lee) what was the difference in panel models. His response was "same company, same panel." Well, this was not the case at all. I reached out to the sales rep and received a run down on both panel models and what the difference in production would be. I agreed to purchase the lower model in order to keep the project moving along. Ever since then, getting any information from the project manager has been an absolute nightmare. All regular updates stopped completely. I have to reach out for any updates now, and I feel like now that they have their money I'm no longer a priority. This project started July of last year and I'm still not able to use my solar, as of February 15th. I am up in the air about recommending IntegrateSun if you're going solar, but I will say, with 100% conviction, if you get Aryan Lee as a project manager, ask for someone else.

Stay away from this company. We have been dealing with them since we signed a contract in May 2025. It’s October 2025 and we have still not completed the process. Communication is abysmal. If I am not calling, texting, or emailing, I do not hear from them. They give us lies and excuses. I have asked numerous times how to cancel and finally this last time our point of contact said it would be 90% to do so. 90% of what who knows because they haven’t followed up with any documentation to support that number. I asked to escalate numerous times with no recourse. We are stuck at the installation phase with a garage full of materials for weeks. We can’t get on the schedule and we can’t get a reason why. The materials also had arrived without our point of contact confirming the date for the second shipment nor let us know that there’d be two deliveries. With the first delivery I was able to see the home addresses of all the other people on the route. One of the project managers also once sent me a screenshot with another customer’s full name. I can only imagine what private information of mine has been exposed as well.
I understand supply chain issues but I don’t understand non-existent customer service, abysmal communication, and downright negligence. This experience has been horrible and I regret choosing this company. I hope I can keep you from making the same mistake.
Also, a lot of the reviews I notice are from folks who only have 1 or 2 other reviews. At least one clearly has an AI-generated fake picture of a house. Their social media is all AI as well. They are shady and untrustworthy and not worth your time. -
I would have given 4.5 stars but given there is no 0.5 stars, I am rounding it up to 5.
Overall IntegrateSun has successfully navigated all the paperwork (in California) and finished the installation in time before the tax benefits are taken away.
The project took a while as the paperwork, supply-chain, installation-team scheduling required their due time.
The PM Harry provided weekly updates and when he was away his teammates covered him. Installation team made some mistakes which they tried to rectify later.
