Trash never gets picked up on time. Even when I make a claim online of a missed pick up. Sales rep Alma never returns my calls she knows my number by now. So I call on a different number and sure enough she picks up. When I tell her the situation there’s no effect on any changes on their side being done only excuses. 3 weeks in a row with no pick on the trash service. The only thing they pick up if the deposit, oh don’t forget they won’t give a refund on the days they don’t pick up. Save yourself the type and money by not getting their service you will be disappointed in being in a contract with them. And the late pick ups are an ongoing things that never gets resolved.

Our representative Linda Vargas has been such a great help! I contacted GFL for our tire manifest document and Linda was able to get it done in less than a week. Personally delivered the documents and was able to explain to us our monthly statements by items. Definitely recommend.

This company is absolutely horrible! All they want to do is make your life complicated and make it more difficult for your trash to get picked up. The monthly mailed sticker system is absolutely RIDICULOUS!! Very unhappy with this company and their terrible service!!

LoadUp was so easy to work with. I booked a next-day appointment and got a confirmed price immediately- the price was great and much lower than competitors. All I can say is WOW. I was in a jam because another company ghosted me. I got SAME DAY SERVICE from this company. A phone call, exchanged pictures, and I had a quote. A couple of hours later I had Corey- professional kind efficient. He was awesome. I called other companies and got the runaround. This company is TOP NOTCH. Highly suggest and I will definitely use this company again.

I never even got an appointment but was thoroughly disappointed. I used the online system to set up an appointment for the following day. I put my credit card info in and acredit card pre-authorization was sent but I never was sent an appointment confirmation. I called to verify my appointment and there was none. She said the system sometimes does that when setting up an appointment online. I'm having a hard time with this logic. The credit card portion of the online system works but not the actual making of the appointment.

Very good company. Came the day after I set up the appointment. They came earlier than the estimated time frame. Courteous and professional. Highly recommend.

Great experience all around! From web site to ease and flexibility of scheduling to communications to ETA communication. The men that came were terrific and careful wearing booties when indoors. I could not have asked for more!

I’m excited to know that LoadUp service is available. I scheduled a pickup yesterday for today and it went beautifully. They let me know an approximate time first thing this morning and then the driver contacted me when he was an hour out. The price that I paid for the removal of a monster executive L-shaped desk and bookshelf was unbelievably low compared to other bids I’ve received in the past for other pickups. I would have done this long ago had I known it was so affordable. The team who arrived were courteous and friendly. I will definitely be contacting this company again.

Terrible, they knew I had a couch and a flight of stairs and they only sent one person to remove the couch. My walls were damaged because of this. Please do not use this company. Your better off putting your stuff on Facebook market place.

I needed to part ways with my old couch to make space for a new one. The load up reservation was very easy to make and the 2 guys who picked up(despite the rain and my stairs) were professional and fast!
