After a long holiday flight all I wanted to do was get home to my bed. Instead, I walked into a growing puddle from a leak in our roof that caused ceiling damage in the master bedroom. I called Rapid Remediation after calling few other companies who didn’t seem to have the same sense of urgency to get started on the water mitigation or repairs as I did. Andrew came out to assess the damage the same day, to my surprise as it was after normal business hours. He and his team were easy to work with throughout the entire process. They have definitely earned my FIRST call should something like this happen in the future!

Best experience I've had with a restoration company. A busted pipe in our Air BnB caused a significant amount of water. Andrew came out within hours to look at the water damage. They took some moisture readings and put equipment down the same day. Really professional group of guys who work fast and understood the level of water penetration. Their effort deserves a 10/10.
