Good service. Haven’t had any issues with the water filter system. I wished the sales agent would be in contact with us like they said they would but unfortunately they disappeared. The first few months after the installation, we tried to get ahold of the sales rep but they did not bother to answer. Overall, I am happy with the water filter system.

All I can say is don’t do it. Do research before you make a decision.

This has been my worst experience as a consumer. I was hostage in my own home, harassed into something I didn’t even want with my two daughters present.

The sales people came to my home and said they were in the neighborhood doing some type of water test. They were wearing badges labeled Water Quality Association. I was thinking they were with the city. They told me about the service and said I could try before signing anything and I could cancel within 3 days at no cost at all to me. I was curious so I accepted but I didn’t even understand I was buying a water system. I did not know enough about this and thought I was accepting a service. They had the system installed that same day.

When I did some research over night, I started understanding a little more and I reached out via text to the sales person telling her that I did not wish to keep the system and to processes an uninstall. She accepted and mentioned the manager would come to arrange it.

When the manager showed up he made up excuses of technicalities and that if I would be willing to pay for the install/uninstall and I agreed to pay half. I kept insisting I did NOT want this and the manager would not understand, he would not leave, and kept pressuring me to sign. This contract was in Spanish with my name misspelled and the dates backdated so I wouldn’t have an option to terminate the contract under his terms. I told him Spanish wasn’t my first language and he emailed me a copy in English but still pressured me into signing the Spanish contract even though my name and the dates were wrong.

I was hostage in my own home, harassed into something I didn’t even want with my two daughters. There’s no other way to put it. I now have a debt for something I didn’t even want, and was harassed into. I am in the processes of acquiring an attorney to sue them.

Excellent customer service, done business with Aqua Remach for over 10 years and never had any issues with them. Professional service all the way around.

Purchased a couple of days ago, and I’m so happy and satisfied with the water and the products that were given. Everything is eco friendly biodegradable. It saves me $$$ snd time.
I had no idea Houston water was so full of chemicals. With just a couple of day using it my skin feels different.

Overall I would highly recommend!

Greetings, in my personal opinion I think that the aqua remach water system is really great and my husband and I would really recommend it to others. We are so happy with the water system and we just think that the water tastes really good..we are so glad we got this water filter in our kitchen. We have had this system for about 5 years now and we have also recommended to other people. I’m really happy that we made a good decision! I was tiered of caring the 5 gallon and 3 gallon bottles of water for our use. Just glad that my husband and I made a good decision. Thanks aqua remach! Blessings for everyone 😉😌

I've had a very good experience with Aquaremach. On my very first experience with them our technician thoroughly explained the filtration system. He tested our water prior to installation and I was convinced that they would perform a good job. I have never had to sues with the system.
They are prompt to answer any questions or concerns. They remind me each year when it's time to replace the filters. I would gladly recommend this company.

I’ve been using this system in my home and I can testify that it works.
I stopped purchasing water bottles. The appliances work better and the bathrooms stay cleaner longer.
The Costumer service received recently has been superb with the assistance of Marcela and Alex, the technician that came to my house for the yearly maintenance.

The technician was very polite. He took care of the water filter replacement with ease and professionalism. Arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and efficient.

Horrible experience!!!! I would not recommend this company! Salesman came out on Saturday 1/18/25 and installed the system the same day. He was very unprofessional. He bragged about the type of car he drove, stated he could charge more for the system to pay off his car and said my house was dirty after using a dollar bill in his demonstration. He used his feet to slide the bill back and forth on the floor. Whose floor isn’t dirty if you’ve walked on it all week? He also tried insinuating the same when asked how much we spend on cleaning products monthly. To top it off, he recycles the cups used during his presentation by wiping them out with a paper towel. During his presentation, he had my daughter goggle with water and spit it back into the cup to show how contaminated the faucet water is. How disgusting! I can only imagine how many people drank and spit from the same cup.

He said that he would come back in three days(which is not enough time to see a difference in my opinion) to test the water. He didn’t stick to his word. When asked to come out on Wednesday, he said “if you want me to”. He scheduled an appointment for 2:00 but never showed up or called. It wasn’t until he received a text message around 3:00 stating I didn’t want the system did I hear from him. He was there within 30 minutes. I told him I didn’t want a salt system due to health reasons and my daughter was getting headaches. He called her a liar and began yelling at me. I told him that I had a right to change my mind especially since I was not told that it was a salt system. He told me I had to pay $1900 to have it uninstalled, said he could drop the price if I kept it, he could change it to a saltless system and so on. He was all over the place trying to force me into keeping the system. When I refused, he stormed off in the middle of the conversation.

Monday 1/20/25 was a holiday. He was notified two business days later. Customer service is a joke and unprofessional as well. At this point it had been almost two weeks with this salt system running throughout my home. The rep in the office asked me to $600 to “get this over with”. Mind you that I NEVER RECEIVED or SIGNED a contract!! Who’s the bank? What’s my credit terms? What’s my monthly payment? She said whatever was discussed during the presentation is what it is. She also sent me a screenshot of a text message sent to the “wrong number” asking me to sign the contract! After providing to her that I never received the text, she wanted out of the situation. Even if I had received the text message, I still never signed anything.

The salesman had no plans on coming back out in 3 days which was proven when he didn’t show up for the appointment. He tried to wait until after 3 businesses days so that I would be stuck with paying for a salt system. He thought I had signed the contract on Monday which was a holiday. What company installs and system on the same day prior to running a customer’s credit for financing and before they sign and agree to credit terms stated within the contract? I have never experienced a situation like this and they are refusing to come an uninstall this “free” salt system that’s causing headaches and other health issues for my family.

I suggest that you stay away from this company!!!
