Excellent service, I had an issue with my system and I needed it fixed asap since we no longer need to buy bottled water. Luckily when I called for customer service, the nice lady was able to schedule a checkup and they came and fixed it super quick. Plus the water from my system tastes great to me! Thanks again for getting me settled so quick!

Hanoi, the technician called me and stayed in touch with me through out the day until he arrived at my residence. He was very helpful and went over how the system was supposed to be as serviced and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent service on the company's part.

Buyer BEWARE!! Purchased a unit for my home and was given a quote for my business. When my wife and I decided not to buy for our business the salesman got ugly and rude! Calling names to our staff and service. Fast forward one year, that same salesman had told us our first service was complimentary, we were bribed a 30$ coupon for leaving a positive review. When the technician arrived he checked the softener, but he saw the display off and assumed it was shorted and wanted to charge an additional 100$ to repair. When I contacted the office to speak with a supervisor he told me he would speak with the technician and call me back in 10 min. Well that was 3 days ago….customer satisfaction is not a priority!!! All I asked for was an apology but I guess that’s too much too ask. EDIT: When a supervisor says he will call back then he should call back!! I did not ask for money I asked for both the supervisor and technician to come to my home. A dissatisfied customer should not have to call back to the company for resolution...the company needs to call the customer....that is how business is conducted properly. THIS IS NOT A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. CHOOSE SOMEONE ELSE FOR YOUR WATER SERVICE!!!

Aqua Remach has a great system my water has been good for more than a year even if the filter needs changing(that's the reverse osmosis system). Also the water softener works great for the hair. Then changing the filter you also get taught if you want to do it yourself.

Three months ago, it bought the system, and it works wonderfully! The installation went really smoothly, and Alejandro, the water analyzer, provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. My skin and hair have improved significantly. Highly recommended
