A huge limb came down on my garage roof in the middle of a snowstorm. There was a giant hole. They came out in the freezing cold and secured a heavy-duty tarp over it so no more snow or water could get in. It held strong for a week until my insurance sorted things out and they could come back for the full repair. They literally saved my garage from collapsing. True heroes in a crisis.

A representative from BNF Roofing was our contact for our project and did a great job. We had some storm damage and spoke to a few different roofers to take a look and this company was the only one that actually went up on the roof with a camera and showed us a video of the condition of everything at no charge. The representative spent time going over what they offer and respected that we wanted to consider our options. The work was flawless and the representative came by at the end to go over the results. We requested a small change after it was done and they were happy to do it. The price was higher than most of the other roofers we spoke to but it was not unreasonable and the value and peace of mind made it worth it. I would definitely work with this company again.

Having worked indirectly with Frost Construction, we highly recommend NOT doing business with them. As a general contractor, they do not have their sub-contractors' best interest in mind. As a customer, you can choose a better construction company. As a sub-contractor, run the other way!

I called the electrician to address the smell of burning plastic coming from my kitchen electrical outlet.

They inspected all the outlets and quickly identified the problem outlet. It looked fine from the outside, but was melted on the inside. They installed a new outlet and now everything is fine.
