Without a doubt, I'd use them again. The man who cleaned our carpet actually made the effort to assist us in moving our furniture. I am aware that most carpet cleaning services do not handle large objects. He offered to help so freely. His work was very excellent.

Poor cleaning job. Once the carpet dried, the stains had not been removed. The technician encouraged me to get a more expensive cleaning service that didn't work. For 2 months, no one has returned my calls however they promise to resolve issues in 2 business days. I would never use this company again and do not recommend anyone else do business with them.

I'm honestly shocked at the results cause my light colored carpet actually had years of set in stains from my pet dog and the kids and I thought it was a lost cause but the team brought it back to life and now it looks and smells wonderful.

I expected it to take all day and require me to stay off the carpets for 24 hours. They were incredibly fast, and my carpets were completely dry and usable in just a few hours.

Every time the AC turned on, I saw a little cloud of white powder come out of the vent. It was when the workers fixed our ceiling and left a dusty mess. My sister called Ethical Air Duct Vent Services to come to our home in Humble. The tech showed me a device with a camera that goes inside the wall. The duct looked like a snowy cave! They used a big brush and a giant vacuum to suck out all the white powder. Now my toys don't get dusty anymore.
