After searching through many websites for cleaning service, I came across Fully Maid Services in Houston, Tx. I was trying to do a good deed and I must say that overall I will have to give this company a 5-star rating. From the very first call, Mr. Ruben answered all of my many questions clear and direct. He was very friendly, inviting and professional creating the W. O. W factor. I was truly impressed with his commitment to offer the best quality of service from hello. Mr. Ruben acknowledged and fulfilled the need.

I want to thank Ms. Amber, Maria, Lucrecia and the other young lady that showed up with the extra vacuum. Each of you came with a good spirit, professional demeanor, focused and ready to get the job done. You all did just that! Understanding the severity of the manner, I am most grateful for all your hard work.

After shopping around for move-in deep cleaning options, I stumbled on to Fully Maid. Reuben was very responsive and even offered to beat the price of the other option I was considering. He also guaranteed I would be happy with their service.
Rest assured I was and the wife was too (she does not like change). We will now be using them to provide standard cleaning for our home every month, and for the Sqft I won’t find better quality and price anywhere! Leo, the lead maid who provided us service is great!

These ladies seriously do a great job! They don’t skip things and they don’t clean around things. A long time ago I had a lady who cleaned my house and did an amazing job. I’ve moved since then and I’ve never been able to find anyone who came close to her level of detail, until now! I’m extremely happy with their service. They clean your home as though they’re cleaning their own. Highly recommend!

There needs to be an “excellent”option. These ladies were magnificent and the work and effort they put into the deep cleaning is amazing. I moved from PA where I got a biweekly cleaning and let me tell you they didn’t do half of what these ladies Leo and the other young lady did. It worth every penny and I HIGHLY recommend this company and their amazing services.

I was referred to Ms. Leo and Fully Maid by a friend. I can’t thank my friend enough for the referral. Ms Leo and her team are simply AMAZING! The initial deep clean was miraculous! They are very professional and courteous. The price was great. I am SO happy I called them. If anyone needs a wonderful cleaning service I HIGHLY recommend them.

Loved the service, I usually do a “twice a year” deep clean for the house. The gentlemen on the phone setting up the appointment were very professional, the price is very reasonable. The ladies who cleaned the house (Leo and Maria) were on time, they were very professional, efficient with time, and the house looked/ smelled/ felt great after they finished. Will definitely call them back for my next clean.

Fantastic and professional work. Please forgive me for my spelling. The team of Helen Valeria Julie and Leo did such an amazing job on our new home. There was dust dirt and cobwebs all over and is now sparkling and smelling good.

I recommend Mrs. Leo team they are all very friendly, respectful and professional. Their work shows for it they are attentive and hard working. They arrived on time and left my house clean and smelling great. They cleaned areas that you normally don't have time for and you actually see the dirt on the cleaning towels, mopping several times is awesome. Fully Maid company did a wonderful job for us. I made arrangements for a move out cleaning so the new owners could come into a sparkling fresh new home. After days of back breaking moving, they came in and cleaned en mass! 4 professionally trained women came in an did an exceptional job. We were so very pleased! I wish I had known about them prior to moving, they would have been a WONDERFUL monthly cleaning service company!

1/25/25; I have been using this service for about a yr. Today, the 2 womam cleaning crew took a phone charger from my master bedroom. This cord is ALWAYS by my bedside and when I went to bed tonight, it was not there. Also 4 pillow cases from my master bedroom sheet set have disappeared. I have texted their company and I'm awaiting their reply, on both instances. Also, they did not clean my son's bedroom, bc the crew that came to my home today could not speak English, and therefore could not communicate, if they were able to go in the room, or not. I was at home the entire time. I have reported to them that a police report will be filed

I had a great experience over the past weekend with this company. Life got in the way and my home took a hit because I was not cleaning at all. Mrs Leo, Sandra, and Julissa cleaned my home so well and made us all feel so comfortable again. 10/10 service. I highly recommend.

Spectacular job!! We had moved to a new house 6 months ago with a 3 year old and a 1 month old. We then had a ton of drywall work and painting done. Dust was EVERYWHERE.

I wanted them to come and do a deep clean to see if I would want them back for weekly service.

These ladies did more work in less time than I would have thought possible. They efficiently navigated the clutter and half unpacked boxes to get my house looking wonderful!! Kitchen and bathrooms are spotless. Bedrooms are so tidy and cozy. And additionally they were so sweet with my youngest son, chatting and cooing at him while they worked. Both he and I were completely enchanted with the service! So excited to have them come back weekly!

DO NOT USE! I've attached pictures to show what a $720 cleaning looks like - dust on blinds, stove not cleaned, shower not cleaned, baseboards full of dust, doors not wiped down. I mind you, we had a deep cleaning 6 months ago by another company and had another one with Fully Maid because we changed the carpet in June. We received a quote from another service provider within 3 days who thinks we haven't had a cleaning in a year.......try $720 and less than 3 days ago.

Absolutely AMAZING JOB!!! My first time using this company, and I have no complaints! Mrs. Leo and Ms. Genesis was my team, and nothing was untouched. Please support this company. They were very professional and kept me updated every step of the way. My first service was a deep clean, but I will definitely use them again for upkeep with my busy schedule. Superb job!!!
