I asked around for recommendations for an A/C company to do a check of my A/C before we get into this hot Texas summer and everyone, and I mean everyone, recommended Huntsville Air Conditioning, so I naturally went with them. And once again, my friends are never wrong! Friendly and fast service. Fair prices. I’ll never use another company.

Mr. Brian is excellent. He responded very quickly and came out initially to view my project. He told me what the contractor needed to do to prepare for his installation of my mini split. When I needed him for the install he gave me an appointment within a few days. He is the definition of professionalism, courtesy, knowledge and customer service. This is the kind of company you want taking care of your home.

Huntsville A/C is simply the best around. Brian and his entire staff are professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. They went above and beyond when installing our new unit. We’ll never use anyone else.

We Loved our experience with Huntsville Air. Employees were super friendly. Professional service. Super neat and clean. Super fast removal and install. From start to total finish in 5.5 hours. Highly Recommend Them.

Our AC went out one evening. I called Huntsville Air about 7:40 pm. Brian was so kind to come out that evening & accessed the problem. Brian came back the next morning, put the new part in and fixed the AC for a reasonable charge. With it being so hot we were super pleased with his quick service. Huntsville Air is awesome!!

Crooks!!! Jonathon a tech came to my house and told me I had a small leak in the coils. He told me he could put Freon in the system and it will last for a week or two easily. We ran the unit overnight and it was completely froze up the next morning Brian the owner called me back and said Jonathon did not tell me it would last a week or two. And that “it is what it is” and I lost the $364 I paid them. Brian the owner should have at least made this right. I might have lost $364 but Huntsville AC lost more than that, because my husband and I already decided we needed to replace the whole system. Definitely giving that money to a different company.

Brian Bennett (owner) and his team was an absolute god send to us after not having AC for 3 weeks. We got completely fed up with our home warranty company and decided to upgrade the whole system. They are true professionals in their field which is hard to come by. From Brian coming out and taking the time to listen to your needs and taking the time to give his recommendations. To a timely quote and helping with Tranes Special Financing options. To him showing up with 3 trucks and 5 workers to get the job done right. Not only was his workers up in the attic so was Brian right there working beside them in all this heat. They fixed things other companies have missed in the past and fixed things they did wrong. Let me say as a ex HVAC Tech the skill, pride, professionalism to detail and cleanliness is unmatched in my book. Huntsville Air Conditioning will be the only company I deal with from now on. Thank you, Brian and Huntsville Air Conditioning. I had insulation blown in my attic on Thursday. I didn't need to turn my a/c unit on until Friday night. When I turned the system on, I heard the click, but nothing happened. I switched to heat and the same click, but the unit didn't come on. Same for the fan. I'm thinking the guys who installed my insulation may have messed something up. Needless to say, it was an uncomfortable night. On Saturday morning, I took a chance by using the "chat" option on Huntsville Air Conditioning's website. I stated what my problem was. It was just a few minutes later and I had a reply from Brian. I really didn't expect to hear back on a Saturday, but I took a chance. Brian offered to come by early this afternoon and check out my problem. He sent me a message informing me of the problem and that I now have a/c. Thank you, Brian for coming to my house on a Saturday, which is not your regular business hours. I know I will get a good night's rest tonight! Otherwise, I would have to have waited until Monday.
Outstanding customer service makes a grateful long time customer.

I wrote my first review about Huntsville AC 3 years ago. It's below what I am adding today 02/07/25'. I scheduled a service appointment just to check out my equipment and the techs came and did just that. I in particularly want to say that Abraham, the lead tech is without a doubt one of the nicest, kindest and an incredible tecs. Thanks to Shelby in the office for her great and professional work. Just confirms why I and my family have been customers of Huntsville Air Conditioning since 1970. This marks the end of my new review, 3 year old review starts here. I cannot say enough about Huntsville Air Conditioning Inc. My a/c unit would not cool below 79°. I called HAC yesterday afternoon and Brian showed up shortly after that. He determined that the coil needed to be replaced due to a leak. He put a temp charge on the unit, ordered the part and one of his crews came by today and did an absolute amazing job installing a new coil. . The house never became hot or uncomfortable because of Brian and his team. Also a huge thanks to Jill in the office. She is such a kind caring professional that takes all of the worry out of what can be a very stressful situation. I didn't think twice about who I was going to call because I remember Huntsville Air Conditioning installing a new a/c system on my parents home here in Huntsville. When you find the best you stick with them. I highly recommend Huntsville Air Conditioning. Thank you all for taking care of a very satisfied customer.

I have had them out four times in the past month to fix my air conditioner. They have never fixed. It just charged me to come out again. This last time The technician who came out was extremely rude. He was asking me what I wanted to do and I said
"I just don't want to keep paying to have it fixed but you're telling me you don't know what's wrong with it. I am in about $800 and it's still not fixed. I don't want to pay for something else and it's still not be fixed. He got really mad at me and started to belittle me in my own house in front of my grandson. So I told him to get out he would not get out and followed me into the kitchen. Still saying stuff. I said I was going to tell the owner on him and he said I am the owner. I was flabbergasted. I literally had to chase him out of my house and he started repeating you have a bad attitude." I am a realtor and I will never recommend him and will caution my client's with my experience. I'm guessing he talked to me that way because it was just me. He did not know that Phil was in the other room and heard everything. What a nightmare!

Brian and his crew did a wonderful job. They installed a new condenser and furnace, added 2 new air returns, moved the thermostat to a better location and modified the duct work. They were efficient and very professional. One side of the house has always been warmer than the other - it just never would cool and they have solved that problem. He not only installed a new system but addressed the existing issues. Highly recommend their services

The tech was efficient, thorough, and courteous. I appreciate the bi-annual preventive maintenance on my heating and air unit. It helps to avoid expensive repairs and replacement costs.

Huntsville Air Conditioning has serviced my Trane units for 15 years. I have nothing but positive comments for them. They are honest, reliable and reasonably priced. Recently Brian and Jonathon went above and beyond any expectations regarding a concern for my main unit. A repairman from my home warranty provider responded to a breakdown, and alerted me that in his opinion, the unit was in bad need of cleaning and that there might be a freon leak. Out of concern for what the repairman indicated to me, I contacted Brian at Huntsville Air Conditioning. He immediately dispatched Johnathon to my home. Jonathon thoroughly inspected the unit and visually showed me that the unit had been cleaned during the annual AC service. Also he could not find a freon leak. I’m so glad that I have this company servicing my units. They are outstanding! Thank you Brian and Jonathon!

They were able to schedule my appointment promptly. The technician was on time, but I still received a courtesy call in advance of his arrival. My work was done efficiently, and the work was priced fairly. This company installed our system when we built 10 years ago, and they have provided our service check ups since. We have had nothing but good experiences with Huntsville Air Conditioning.

Had a wonderful experience with Huntsville air conditioning. Called today, came out today. Trey was the technician that came out to assist and was hands down amazing. Professional, respectful (even put booties on to come inside) didn't rush, explained everything detailed and with photos for the areas I couldn't see myself. The price was very reasonable for the time he spent. He was also very accepting that we have a madhouse farm here between 4 kids, 2 dogs and chickens in his path at times, he was understanding. I am happy we found them on Google! As a small business owner myself here in Huntsville, this is the type of customer service that people want. Thank you
