Last Monday my AC stopped cooling so I called Huntsville Air. Brian came out right away and took care of the problem. I have been using Huntsville Air for many many years they are courteous, professional and get the job done promptly with reasonable prices. I would recommend them for any air or heat problems you might have and know that you will be in good hands.

It was our first time to use Huntsville AC. The technician showed up within an hour. He was polite and professional. The problem turned out to be human error, ie us. He educated us on our new thermostat and then waited around to make sure the house was going to cool down. We were very impressed, especially since the last company we used charged us $200 (on top of service call fee) and all they did was replace about 12 in. of PVC drain pipe. Huntsville AC only charged us for the service call. Thank you Huntsville AC for a great job and fair business practice. We'll see you again.

Hurricane Beryl destroyed both our air conditioning units. Brandon came out right away and provided a quote to replace the damaged equipment. We also obtained quotes from 2 other established companies. After meeting with Brandon we decided to go with Huntsville Air Conditioning. They were the most professional, correct installation is just as important as the brand of equipment you select. We are so glad we went with them, great communication with Brian, Brandon and the whole team. The Trane equipment is great, they repositioned the air handler to improve access. Brandon had a large crew and the install only took a day with minor finishes on the second day. I highly recommend Huntsville Air Conditioning. Get the quotes, you might pay a little more, but these Trane systems were installed perfectly, started up with no issues and will provide trouble free service for years to come.

Abraham (service tech) was tied up on precious job so Cindy called to give me the option of rescheduling or waiting until he was available. I chose to wait since I had nothing else planned. They called when he was on his way. He showed up, went right to work, was very pleasant and professional. I have enjoyed doing business with Huntsville A/C for several years now and look forward to continuing that relationship. I highly recommend this company.

Fantastic service! Brian Bennett has gone above and beyond in providing excellent equipment, excellent service and fantastic pricing! I don’t believe that Trane can be beat in terms of quality and performance and I am so happy with my two new XR16 2 speed 4 ton Trane condensers! Andres and Emanuel were the primary installers and were joined by Johnathon and one other man, they worked quickly and in less than 3 hours I was in service! Fantastic and obviously well trained, if you need HVAC call Huntsville Air Conditioning for any kind of service ( regardless of brand) and especially if you need new installations or retrofitting!
