Constraction reviews in Hurst, Texas

We hired them for our master bath renovation. They did a great job and was thorough with the details ! Thank you

Clayton, Jamie, and Duncan were all great. Tied new flooring into existing seamlessly, we are thoroughly happy with our new flooring.

Your construction project is in good hands with this team. They are responsive, professional, and deliver high-quality work at a great price.

Clayton is my go to guy for any work that I contract out. He pays attention to the details and cares about making sure the job is done right.

Clayton was professional , he was great with communicating timelines with my clients. He went above and beyond and met every deadline. I will definitely be recommending him to my clients.

We can’t say enough good things about Clayton and his crew. They took the time to make sure everything was done right, and the quality of their work can’t be matched! Highly recommend using them for all your flooring needs!!

They remodeled my bath and kitchen with brand new quartz custom countertops! Looks so good! Thank you guys! Very professional and high quality workmanship. Highly recommend them!

4-21-17 I highly recommend! We had vinyl plank flooring laid through most of our home. The price was low yet it was high quality service. Communication was excellent! Always responded quickly and patiently answered all my questions. They really pay attention to detail and made sure we were happy about the outcome. They came prepared, had the tools necessary to the job correctly and effeciently. Very professional. I don't have anything negative to say. Would definately use again.

I STRONGLY recommend staying away from Clayton and Final Touch!!!

Clayton will nickel and dime you, damage your home, and then ghost you. That's what happened to me after paying $23k for a whole house of wood floors. For more detailed info I included the full review on Angies List.
He will not fix issues he caused and will not return calls or texts. A 10 day job took over 6 weeks and was never fully completed.

Clayton's crew came out, sanded, prepared and painted our living room. His guys were clean, polite and most of all did a fantastic job for a very reasonable price! Would definitely recommend!

We hired Clayton and his guys to install new glue down wood floors.

They did an amazing job! In only four days, they moved all of my furniture out, demoed our old floors, installed the new floor, and moved everything back in. They were fast and efficient and his crew was very nice and accommodating to me and my family. They made sure everything was in a great way and even threw in a little elbow grease on our baseboards to make us extra happy. We were so pleased that we had them come re-tile our backsplash in the kitchen.

Clayton, the owner of the company is also a cool dude who is more than just a sales guy. He talks to you and makes sure you understand everything and then he shows up and actually installs with his team! (Clayton and Jamie did our backsplash) He knows his stuff!

We hired Clayton & Co to refinish 2100 sq ft real hardwood floors. I was very impressed with his knowledge of products, attention to details & patience with my questions about stain color. My partner & I did not agree on stain color. Clayton took the time to provide many stain options which made our choice easier. We had previous water damage from a dishwasher which he quickly repaired. We were also offered a dustfree service with these big filter box machines which kept the house cleaner. Great Job all the way.

Final touch contracting did an amazing job with my bathroom remodel. Clayton converted my tub to a shower w/ a shelf & seat. We liked how clean they worked, we’ve had bad experiences with messy contractors. Great job

I have used Final Touch Contracting four times now. First time around they refurbished my wood floors, replaced several windows, repainted inside and out and fixed a number of issues. A pretty large undertaking that required me to move out of my home for several weeks. They have also completely refurbished my boat slip at a marina and turned it into the star slip of the whole marina. The third time they totally remodeled my master bath and the fourth job they remodeled a guest bath.

First you should know that Clayton is very easy to work with. On each project, the entirety of the project was completed within the time frame estimated and there were no cost overruns. Of course, we ran into issues that needed attention but those were disclosed and discussed as they came up. Clayton and his team have worked on no telling how many projects so he is a wealth of knowledge and he will give you great suggestions if you want them.

His crews are managed by Jamie, his chief of staff. A great guy who I trust implicitly. Everyone under Jamie proved to be great fellows that were dutiful and conscientious in their jobs.

The work that they do is of the highest quality. The tiling in the bathrooms, the wood floors...everything they do is simply top notch. I receive comments from guests all of the time about how their work is really impressive.

I unequivocally recommend Clayton, Jamie and all of Final Touch Contracting. I count myself very fortunate to have come across this great firm.

I have used Clayton and his team for many years whether it be on a small project or a large project. Clayton and his team have always done amazing work. They are kind and friendly I would trust them in my home. Clayton and his team are all family men so when it came to the project we needed them for I trusted there suggestions fully knowing they understood I needed a functional house for my children and myself. I will continue to use them and will be using them again in the near future.

Final touch contracting is professional, does quality work and is a business with integrity. They installed wood flooring at my house and I was really happy with the job they did. I really appreciated how detailed and knowledgable Clayton was when he was explaining the pros and cons of the different flooring options. Him and his crew showed up as scheduled, were organized and cleaned up after they finished. I couldn’t be happier with my floors.

My brother in law and father have also hired Clayton for a flooring job and a total remodel and we can’t say enough great things about him and his work.

Clayton and his crew at Final Touch did some work for me over 10 years ago and since then, I have referred him to family and friends. This year he has already completed converting an outbuilding into a studio and we have plans to redo the bathrooms in my house. I don't even bother getting multiple estimates. His crew of craftsmen are perfectionists and go way beyond what you would expect. I never worry when they are on the job because I know the outcome will be great. Trust them, they are a company you will think of anytime you need help with a project.

Clayton and his team did an amazing job with a 1200 square foot tile installation for a home will use the high-gloss White Carrara porcelain tile that looks beautiful. This particular job had about three quarters of an inch of leveling concrete poured through the entire floor area by another tile contractor that abandoned the job.
Clayton and his team demo in entire 1200 square feet of leveling concrete in a matter of hours. The other tile contractors that bid the job required 5 days for this demo. His tile experts leveled every single tile as they moved throughout the home, it was amazing. The tile was laid in three different patterns which is very difficult to do. They used a 50-50 overlay, a 45-degree on point with a 24 by 24 tile, and herringbone pattern in one of the bedrooms.
He paid attention to detail every aspect of the job. This project came out so well, we posted the finished work on the Houzz website.
Naturally, with every project changes come up on the fly. He made great recommendations and guided us through these changes. This is where Clayton's expertise and years of flooring experience was most valuable.
I would highly recommend Clayton for any of your flooring projects, tile or Hardwood.

We worked with Clayton, Jamie, and Robert to remodel our master bathroom as well as replace all the floors in our home with vinyl plank. The process took about a month from the initial estimates to the project's completion but Clayton was always available when we had questions. He was also very honest in his assessments, talking to us frankly if something was ill-advised or just not possible. We had to use several different suppliers and companies to acquire all the supplies we needed to complete this project but Clayton already had a list of companies lined up that he worked with on a regular basis and gave us a list of supplies we needed from each, which helped cut down a lot of the guesswork. The actual work took a little over a week and we had to move into a hotel during that time but they made the most of every day they were there. We also had a few surprises (what renovation doesn't?) but Clayton walked us through what needed to be done and handled calling in the additional help to fix them. This was a big project but we're so glad we put it in Final Touch Contracting's capable hands!

On a scale of 1 to 5 with five being the best, is how I rate Final Touch Contracting services. From the first time Final Touch Contracting entered my home to the completion of the renovation of my master bathroom suite, they were knowledgeable, professional, and respectful in all areas inside my home. Final Touch Contracting did everything they said they would do, and I could not be happier.

We loved working with Clayton & his team! Best in the industry, great communication and follow through. He has phenomenal suggestions and guidance based on the goals you have, and he knows what will look good and what will not. He did our kitchen, bathroom and living area renovation to sell our home for top dollar - and we did! 🤩 My father in law has used his team, we have and will again. Highly recommend!
