Our new home had five huskeys and multiple cats inside. Replacing carpet wasn’t an option at the time, so we decided to clean them. The bedrooms and media room carpets were stained, saturated with animal liquids, and smelled horrible. The carpets received a restore treatment. The stains came out and the carpets looked good. The only negative was the after smell in a couple of the bedrooms where the animals were the most. We’ve been using arm and hammer carpet deodorizer to help with the smell. It is helping. The treatment was pricey, but they gave us a discount which was great. The service was great. I would use them again.

United Carpet Cleaning is Awesome! We've used them to clean our carpets, and they're better than new. We've called them in the middle of the night due to a water emergency, and they've helped us dry it all out before any damage was done. What a great company! :-)

When we woke up one fine morning and walked into the office, we found it to be in 2 inches of water. As a business owner, this was a fear that became reality. What a disaster. Thankfully, I reached out to United Carpet cleaning and restoration and they were promptly at our service. in just a matter of hours the water was extracted and dehumidifiers were put down all throughout the office. Multiple tests were completed to make sure that the walls were not saturated in order to eliminate the threat of mold. They even worked on the weekends and with the insurance in order for a proper settlement to be made. This is the kind of urgency that you need from a company when you are in a desperate moment Just wanted to tell Shawn and SCOTT thank you and we appreciate the services. Now we can get back to business!!!

After our water heater failed and flooded half our house, we called Scott at United. He was there within hours and had things drying out quickly. After everything was dry, we contracted with Scott for the restoration work. Every contractor was at the property when they were expected. The workers were polite, took care of their work with skill and diligence, and left everything clean when the work was done. I would not hesitate to hire any of the subcontractors to work on my property again. Issues with our insurance company necessitated calls to the United office, and they went out of their way to help get those insurance issues resolved—on my behalf. Their communication is fantastic! We had some pretty hard stains to get out, so I definitely don’t blame the company for not being able to get absolutely everything, however it looks amazing in comparison! Great guys, I recommend Sham and Rick for sure. Maya (sorry if I spelled it incorrectly) had the best customer service, but everybody that picked up was very professional. We are very thankful, they’re also willing to check over everything before leaving and try to fix what you aren’t content with. Cheapest estimate we got and as thorough of a job as seemed possible. Note: our former roommate let it sit for MONTHS, so if yours isn’t set in on that level, they will be perfect!
