Denzel was great! Very professional and extremely helpful. He explained the problem and my options for treatment. He worked outside around the house, throughout inside and the attic explaining what he was doing while he worked. Extremely impressed! Will request him specifically if I have any issues in the future.

We have had metroguard for about 26 years but our tech-Denzel that we had today was by far the most thorough. He was here almost an hour and a half where many have come and gone in 20/30 min. We will always ask for this tech in the future and hopefully he can stop our carpenter ant issue.

Eric was great to work with. He did a phenomenal job at explaining what he was doing and how, the results expected and any precautions. He made sure to be on time to our appointment and finish by a certain time as i had to head back to work. If you are looking for a pest control company, this company is your go to. Metro Guard Termite & Pest control was recommended to us by a neighbor, a home inspection revealed a few scout ants. They came next day. Addison our technician was very informative, professional and pleasant. He asked us questions regarding where we had seen ants previously and was able to recommend the best type of treatment to ensure we don’t see ants for awhile again. Fair and transparent pricing. We also have two cats so Addison was sure to double check their locations, as not to let them outside or near anything that could be harmful. Will be using their services again!

Samantha came out to our Bedford property today. She was absolutely amazing. She did her thang!!
