I've had Seth out multiple times to help with my house. He's always on time and gives great advice. I highly recommend the Tioga team with electric and plumbing needs!

I had an appointment with Tioga to replace my outdoor GFI on Tuesday, but on Monday the person originally assigned was not able to work, so Tioga offered to send a different person on Monday, or later in the week. I replied that either would be fine, so on Monday evening they sent Seth Davis. Seth texted to let me know he was on the way to my house around 6:00 p.m., and arrived soon thereafter. Obviously , this was a long Monday already, with a new assignment added on at the end of the day, but Seth was energetic and got right to work, got the job done quickly, and explained the 2 year warranty on the GFI. All in all, Seth did a great job, and I’ll call Tioga next time, too!

Provided quick service despite the weather. Eric was very knowledgeable, explained everything in detail and gave tips to prevent future issues. He was very friendly, considerate and charged reasonably

Technician arrived on time and was very helpful in describing the issue and performing the repair. He was very thorough and very knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend him.

Our home was hit by lightning and caused electrical and plumbing damage. Tioga was fast to get us on their schedule. The plumber and electrician were professional, thorough and easy to work with. They answered all my questions and followed up with all my concerns. They repaired several outlets and replaced our tankless water heater. We are so happy with our experience and peace of mind they provided in a challenging situation.

Kaison was great. He showed up on time, listened to the issue I was having, and helped address the problem. He was thorough in his work to ensure everything was understood the problems. He explained everything he saw in the camera scope of my outdoor lines. His recommendations were well thought out and helpful. Highly recommend

Sam and Seth were great. They answered all my questions and explained what I needed clearly. Didn’t feel pressured or upsold on anything. They even played with my dog. The whole experience was easy and I highly recommend them.

A nice family Sunday dinner turned into a messy situation. I reached out to Tioga and they had Kaison onsite that day to assist the issue. I was concerned about the pricing going in and the lead time but he provided me a quote that was extremely competitive and started working. Kaison and Drew were very professional, proficient and before the week’s end my messy situation was respaired. I will always be grateful for their service and strongly recommend for small or big jobs.

We had Tioga replace our water heater in 2024. 12/22/25 Kaison and Sam came to my home to evaluate our plumbing and electric. Both were extremely knowledgeable he showed me exactly where we have breaks and gave me several options for financing. Kaison was able to answer all of my questions. Sam and his team did great electrical work for our personal home. Communication was excellent and they cleaned up after the job. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a professional to get small or large projects done.

Another flawless experience with the best plumbing and electrical company in Texas. Sam, the electrician that did the work on our home, is a hard working go getter. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and loves what he does. He showed up proptly and did not hesitate to get after it. He explained everything he was doing and answered every question we had. This interaction and service just solidifies why I will use no one else but Tioga for my plumbing and electrical needs. As I have said in my past reviews everyone over at Tioga is top tier, from the front desk all the way to the technicians. Family owner and operated and they treat you like family. DO NOT hesitate to call them, you will not regret it.

Got in contact with some electrical concerns we were having. Sam came out ASAP to meet with us. He explained everything very clearly and did a thorough inspection of our electrical panel and related system. He answered all of my questions. Had a great experience and will contact Tioga for more work in the future.

Tioga has been servicing my home now for almost 5 years. I can rest easy knowing it's in such capable hands. They come yearly to inspect both electric and plumbing. I appreciate knowing my house is up to date. All of the technicians do such high quality service and are so polite. Thank you, Tioga! Eric came out to install new disposal todzy and found a problem under sink. He got in touch with restoration company and they are on their way to look at damage. I am so thankful for the thoroughness of Eric. It gives me peace of mind.

Very responsive and checked out our leaking water heater the day we called. Knowledgeable & gave us some alternatives. We elected to go with a new unit given age of our existing hot water heater & they had the new one installed the next day. Kept us informed at each step of the process.

From the start, the crew members were polite and responsive, always taking the time to address any questions I had along the way. They demonstrated a great deal of thoroughness in their work, ensuring everything was completed to the highest standard.
What stood out to me the most was how committed they were to my satisfaction. At every step, they made sure I was happy with their progress, which I really appreciated. Supervisor Javier was particularly attentive, stopping by to personally answer any questions and offer clarification when needed. His leadership was evident in the professionalism and confidence displayed by the entire team.
Overall, the crew exuded a sense of expertise and professionalism that gave me complete confidence in the work being done. It’s clear they take pride in their craft, and I would highly recommend Tioga's services to anyone in need of plumbing work.

We have used M2 several times over three years, and have been impressed with their honesty each time. Today the M2 guy walks in, spends a few minutes diagnosing the problem and then says "it's an appliance problem, not a plumbing problem." He shows us why the appliance needs replacing, and then left and did not let us pay him. (!!!)

Don't dread plumbing problems and don't call the big guys that show up *planning* to tell you that your whole house needs to be replumbed even before they walk in the door. Call M2!

I can't say enough good about M2. My longtime plummer quoted me thousands of dollars for a backup in my laundry room. I called M2 for a second opinion. They took the time to reassess the problem, found it was something else, and had it fixed immediately! Not to mention, the price was a fraction of what I had initially been quoted. Recently, I had another issue, and same as before, they fixed the problem quickly at a very low cost. I highly recommend this small family owned business. They are absolutely the best!
