I had a great experience with Tioga Plumbing & Electric. Kaison arrived on time, was friendly, and maintained a high level of professionalism throughout the visit. He quickly identified I definitely have a water leak and provided clear estimates for the necessary work. I really appreciated his efficiency and thoroughness. I would definitely recommend Kaison and Tioga to anyone needing plumbing or electrical services.

Eric was very nice very professional and explained the whole process of how to detect a sewer leak. Unfortunately they are going to have to come back but they are putting a rush Order to get the job completed

Seth with Tioga Plumbing & Electrical was fantastic! He squeezed me in to his schedule the same day and diagnosed and fixed the problem with my breakers quickly. Seth was on time, polite, knowledgeable, and clearly dedicated to his work. 10/10!

I was referred to Tioga plumbing by a family member who had a great experience with them. My dishwasher was leaking and I was pretty sure it was coming from within the unit and actually ordered a replacement, but I wanted a professional to confirm the leak wasn’t from the connection point. Drew came out and looked at everything, confirmed I was correct and walked me through some of the services Tioga provides. I even signed up for their annual maintenance service. Drew was extremely professional, knowledgeable and was not pushy on sales in the slightest. I had a phenomenal experience with him. Fast forward to when my dishwasher was delivered, the driver who (was supposed to install as well), said he could not since my connection point was plastic and would need to be switched out to metal if he installed it. I thought, not problem, I’ll call Drew. Well Drew was off that day so Tioga sent another plumber. When the new plumber arrived, I told him what happened and he said he could take a look and replace the connection if needed and install. However, just the install would be around $1,000. I of course declined and he left.

Always great service with Tioga. We've used them multiple times and this last time Eric Ingle did an excellent job. He was very helpful and knew right away what issue we were having. Highly recommend!
