When we called for a plumber, we asked that they "gut" the commode and replace with quality parts, like "flow master". When the plumber arrived he had a "flow master" carton, but the parts clearly didn't fit the opened carton. A couple of months later, we have a commode that "self flushes" continuously day and night, and that leaks a small bucket full of water weekly. Unfortunately, we can't afford another "fix".

Chris was outstanding. Repaired Moen kitchen faucet rather than sell me a new one. Price was right.

Showed up on time. We found out how to clean out or lines before they arrived. They stayed for 30 minutes and confirmed they were cleaned out. Our pipes are 50 years old. They charged a fair amount ($60). It was worth while.

Oscar Deaton Plumbing was very kind to come out and look at what another plumbing company was doing at our home and advise me. We thought we were calling Oscar Deaton Plumbing but somehow got this other company and they told us that Oscar Deaton referred the job to them.....NOT TRUE! Oscar Deaton Plumbing is absolutely the best company around. Honest, Friendly, Responsive, and Professional. Oscar Deaton Plumbing has always taken care of us and We will always call them first.

Unbelievable experience from Mark, James and crew. Deaton was responsive, fair and professional from start to finish. Effort was put forth on a late Friday afternoon to promptly fix (at no charge) damage caused by another contractor. I recommend them over the name brand companies doing all the fancy expensive marketing.

We had a leak from a wall in our garage running out onto our driveway. A tech from Deaton was able to come out the same day as we discovered the leak and diagnose the problem right away as a hot water line slab leak. This was on a Friday and the tech was able to get the leak stopped through the weekend and came back out of the following week to do the repairs. Very professional staff from calling to tell us that the tech was on his way to cleaning up after the work was finished. The crew was also very hard working and made sure they completed the job when they said they would. Also, we passed the City inspection the first time around.

I wrote a review for Deaton Plumbing about three months ago. It was a one star. If possible, I would have given them no stars. My review has now disappeared. I will post again: I had a clogged drain for my washing machine. They sent a man, Chris, who charged nearly $200 to give his opinion that our cast iron drain system had a "bad joint". To avoid tearing up our tile floor, he recommended an $8000 fix involving moving the water line for washing machine and moving the drain, digging up the back yard and tying in to sewer system. I called another plumber who cleaned out the drain for less than Deaton's guy charged for his opinion. I will be checking periodically to see that my review is not removed like the first one was.

I was very thankful for the plumbers who came out on short notice. I own a salon in Fort Worth and not having working toilets during business hours was panic inducing. However after they got the toilets flushing they said the issue was cause by it being flushed too many times in row. My bs meter went off with that one, but the toilets were flushing so I paid them the $159 for the 30 minute service call plus $13 for sales tax!?? They didn’t sell me anything but labor so that was already a red flag. & here we are a week later and the toilets aren’t flushing again. I called them today and they said they don’t guarantee commercial work. How disappointing as a small business owner every penny counts and for someone to not do a good job and not be willing to make it right is wrong. I will be looking for a new plumber I don’t know how these people have repeat customers.

Best plumbing company around very professional very reasonable price would recommend this company to anybody

Today we had a somewhat plumbing emergency. Our kitchen faucet broke and it was Friday afternoon. Our regular plumber said they couldn't come until sometime next week. I had read an excellent review of Oscar Deaton Plumbing on Nextdoor and saved their name. A nice lady informed my husband that they would be able to send a service man in about an hour. James came, fixed our faucet and we are back in business. He was polite and efficient. We now have a new plumber. Thank you Oscar Deaton Plumbing.

Mr. Deaton was able to come out the same day we called. We had baker bros. plumbing out to fix a temperature issue in our shower and low water pressure in our sink. After replacing our water heater and paying baker bros. a small fortune, nothing was fixed and they wanted to cut into our wall to see what the issue was. Mr. Deaton fixed our issues in about an hour for under $150. I think that says it all!

Mark was out about a potential sewer line issue which he told us straight up wasn’t needed. While here however he said the master shower had some issues which made him think there was a shower pan problem. He bid a total remodel of the shower which, after checking around we realized was a great deal. We took the bid and when they started everything it was clear he was right . They did a wonderful job. They used Greg ( Tile by Greg) for the tile portion and he did an amazing job. Between Mark’s crew and Greg everything was great Mark, his crew and Greg are a pleasure to work with and we’ll use them in the future for our plumbing and tiling needs!!
