Huge thanks to Matrix Plumbing! Brad arrived exactly when he said he would, found that our “leak” was just a loose, corroded pipe connection, and fixed it fast, saving us from a costly repair. He also replaced two toilets for us later on. Super professional, honest, and friendly. At no time did I think I was being up sold. Great experience all around!

ANGELS!!!! I have had 6 plumbing companies come out and not one could or would help us. We have been without water for over a month trying to get help. The others were quoting $10,000-$20,000 and these guys came out within a couple days, spent under 3 hours and got us back with water for less than my car payment! I WISH I knew about this company when we first had issues and we would've saved THOUSANDS in costs to just live. I had an appointment for 1:00-3:00 on a Friday afternoon. I had to call them when it was after 3:00 and the plumber hadn't shown up. I was told he was running a couple of jobs behind and would be here as soon as he could.

Thanks for the curtesy of calling to let me know your guy was running several hours behind schedule. I guess my time just isn't that important to you.

The plumber finally showed up shortly before 5:00 but in the less than 30 minutes he was here, he failed to replace the gasket on the toilet tank where I told him there was water leaking.

So the plumber left, I still have a leaky toilet, and Strain Plumbing isn't open on the weekends. It's after 5:00 on a Friday and they are absolutely NOT answering the phone now, so I have to wait 3 days before I can even call them back on Monday, and who knows how long it will take to get them scheduled to come back out here to fix the job they did incorrectly the first time.

There are a lot of plumbers in this area. Save yourself some time and trouble, call the 3 Stooges plumbers before calling Strain Plumbing. The quality of work would be about the same, but at least Larry, Moe, and Curly would show up on time.

It's now the next day, Saturday, and the situation is much different now.

About an hour after I gave up trying to call Strain Plumbing last night and posted the review above, I got a call back from them, After explaining that the toilet was still leaking and the tank gasket had not been replaced like I had initially told them was needed, Amy promised to have a plumber out at 9:30 in the morning to fix the problem.

The plumber that showed up this morning wasn't Jason from yesterday. Turns out this time I got the owner of the company out here. Really nice guy who knows his stuff. He was here for about the same amount of time as Jason was yesterday, but this time, when he left, the leak was taken care of.

I feel like if I had received this type of service yesterday, I would have left a 5 star review instead of the 1 star review I left. I'll bump it up to 4 stars consider how things turned out.

I think maybe the plumber that was here yesterday was in a rush so he could go get his Friday Night on. He didn't even do what was requested when I made the appointment. But the owner of the company did show up first thing this morning and correct the problem.

After having a water leak for a week and using my wet vac to keep things partially dry and 2 different plumbers - one wanted 2200 to cut and replace a pipe and the other wanted 5600 to dig a trench and replace a pipe - Strain plumbing came out and snaked the line and in less than 15 minutes I had no more leak with a reasonable charge. The other 2 plumbing companies said they could not snake the line because they couldn't get a snake down the pipe. After this experience Strain Plumbing has my business. Can't say enough good about them. Excellent!!!

Bought a new house and was given their number as the plumber for the build. About a week ago they came to replace a washer pan that Home Depot could not get my washer installed on and tonight I called at 8:30pm or so when I heard a water sound as if the tub was drained and suddenly my downstairs toilet started overflowing. They came out in about an hour, tested the toilet to replicate the gurgling and found the clog outside my home. Friendly, courteous (even took his shoes off), and made sure all was good before leaving. I was expecting to pay something for it being an emergency late night call but it was covered under my new home warranty. Two different visits by two different employees and both good experiences!
