Dealt with Matrix Plumbing through my home warranty company as the kitchen sink was backing up. They called back immediately and made an appointment for the next day (non-urgent). My plumber arrived on time, quickly found and cleared the blockage, no issues. Staff were friendly, work was done, no faults, great experience, would use again.

Mitch was great! He was very friendly and explained what he was doing and what he found. I felt very comfortable with him and what he told me. I would love to have him come back and do the repairs for me.

Jonathan from matrix repair came out to look at my plumbing system so that it can be assessed on the repairs needed. He was thorough, explained things to me in details, and very knowledgeable on the system that he was dealing with. I will go to matrix repair for everything I need for my home in the future. Definitely and establishment that you want to keep their phone number handy

We are so pleased with the work Matrix did in our home. We had an incorrectly installed trap (not installed by Matrix) underneath our master bath sink. James identified the problem immediately and repaired it. Without asking, he checked all the other sinks in our home to insure no leaks. All was well. We highly recommend Matrix for all your plumbing needs!

Matrix was referred by my insurance company being in their preferred contractor network. They were prompt, professional and went above and beyond. Service and follow-up was excellent. They had to find a tough to locate leak and came up with a great solution to avoid a more costly route for repair. Jon and Jose performed the work and could not have been more professional. We had a great first experience with Matrix. They were contacted through our house insurance company for us. The serviceman called prior to scheduled appointment time on when he would be out. We had them out for a leak detection with water damage. Brad completed a thorough inspection of our leak issue and our insurance company and us received an emailed inspection report the next day.

I recently had a great experience with Matrix plumbing company. I have been using them for about 4+ years now. The technician was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. They diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly and efficiently. Overall, I highly recommend Matrix for any plumbing needs.

The guys that came out to fix two of my faucets were very professional and helpful, even talked me through another issue I was having, explained I could do it myself.
Chas and Jose came in and were very polite and went straight to work. They were very knowledgeable and very reasonably priced . I would highly recommend them.
I felt like they cared about my issue did not feel they wanted to hurry so they could get to their next job.
I’ll call Matrix for all my plumbing needs in the future!

Brad Morris performed an exeptional leak detection for my Aunt Barbara Stanford. She is 91 years old and generally does not like anyone...at all....ever. The fact that she had great things to say about Brad means he apparently did an outstanding job. The service was very much appreciated and Matrix is lucky to have Brad as a representative.

It started with a leak in the slab in my kitchen. I called my homeowner's insurance and they recommended Matrix. I am so blessed they did! Pam with Matrix, sent a leak detection expert out right away and he found major problems with my sewage pipes. They submitted their estimate to the insurance company and then it began... Pam scheduled all the work and was diligent about keeping me informed. The workers were very courteous. They were prompt. And when they were finished with the project made sure all the trash was cleaned up and hauled away. I highly recommend this company!

I explained to them how urgent my situation was that I have had no shower or flushing toilets for a week. They made sure they cleared a time to get a crew there by the next day. It's was fantastic! I could hardly tell that they had to dig under my driveway to repair the pipe they put everything back together very tidy. Highly recommended! Thank you Matrix I have your number.

Wow! What great and friendly service. We had two pipes that burst in our kitchen from cold temperatures. Matrix was on it! The team arrived on time, and got the job completed thoroughly and quickly. They did great work, and doubled checked the entire house twice for leaks to make sure everything was repaired before leaving. I would highly recommend or refer to a friend.

Matrix Plumbing gets a 👍👍up. They were all very professional and efficient. The office administrator Pam was very customer focused and pleasant to talk too. The leak detector came to my house and gave us a blue print to show the leak and 2 ways of repairing it. We chose the option with no dismantling to the inside of the house. This was also least expensive. The digging crew was on time, the plumbers repaired the leak, and the soil was back filled. This was all done in a timely manner. We will recommend Matrix to our friends.

I was in process of buying new home and I called Matrix Plumbing in a panic, because I needed someone right away. Also, it was a busy time for plumbers, due to excessive rain we were having. But Matrix, accommodated me and Jason the plumber came out and ran the camera, and was able to give me more detail information, then the inspector. Therefore, I had better information for my decision. Jason was experienced and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I will definitely use Matrix Plumbing going forward. Also, they price they charged was less then what the inspector was going to charge me for the same service! So great service, very knowledgeable, and fair pricing.

I was very happy with the professionalism and quality of work of Matrix. I needed some reworking of my air handling unit condenser drains. Initially had another company come out and after 2 weeks of waiting they could not come up with a reasonable solution. Called Matrix and Jason came out the next day. He was very knowledgeable. Worked through the options with me and came up with a great solution with an honest price quote. The work was completed promptly and looks great.

Matrix Plumbing just completed a total replacement of all the lead plumbing under our house. WOW! The entire job took just 1 week. During that period of time we experienced unparalleled courtesy and professionalism from both Pam and the entire crew. We were always advised of when the workers would arrive, and they never failed to show up as advertised. We had expected to pay dearly to repair our landscape after the extensive tunneling under our home. In fact when the job was done it was hard to tell that anything had ever happened. Everything was put back in place including a couple of bushes that had to be removed temporarily.

We researched several plumbing companies prior to selecting Matrix Plumbing. Some bids were ridiculously high and one ridiculously low. For the scope of work, the Matrix Plumbing bid seemed both right and fair. In fact the actual amount we paid was a bit lower than what we had agreed upon. We highly recommend Matrix Plumbing to anyone who is looking for an honest and professional company to address their plumbing needs.

Fast forward a year. Our bathroom shower was plugged. We tried to fix the problem ourselves with tools we had on hand but were unable to reach the clog. We called Matrix Plumbing and with no questions asked they arrived at our home within 24 hours and honored their warranty. Again, we were amazed at the professionalism and courtesy accorded to us by Matrix Plumbing. This company deserves 5 stars and more!!!! Thank you Matrix!!

Called about toilets and tub backing up. Next day, they came out and worked on the drains.

They had a $79 drain clean-out special, and that's all it cost us. I was afraid they'd try to upsell us, but they didn't. They did explain that the cast iron pipes are old and everything catches. Our neighbors all have the same issues/have had theirs replaced. So, I know that's true.

They said we had an 11-2 time frame and they were here from 11 to noon (which was great!)

Overall, we are very happy we went with Matrix. Pam worked with us and helped us understand what we would be getting since we have not had professional plumbers in the 6 years we've owned our home.

I just went through a very traumatic when there was a leak found in my back bathroom. Got in touch with Matrix they send out Brad who found my leak very fast. Gave me a estimate that I accepted.
& work began could not have asked for any better job they did. Eddie & Gus were first followed by Daniel & his crew. When they finished you could not believe it looked like nothing was done. Highly recommend Matrix Plumbing.
