Very high praise for Matrix Plumbing. They went above and beyond to find a leak. They were extremely thorough and exceeded all expectations. Although they were unable to find any pipe leaks, they certainly tried every method to identify it. Highly recommended!!!

Great experience! Technician, James, showed up on time & extremely knowledgeable. Very friendly and did an excellent job replacing our toilet plus making sure the master sink was draining properly.

In July 2023 Matrix repaired the water inlet into the house for an insurance claim. In doing so they damaged my foundation drip line but assured me it was a quick fix and they would splice the drip hose back together.

In August 2023 my irrigation control valve had the pvc connecter shear off due to ground conditions, possible over saturated clay and my yard started flooding when sprinklers were supposed to come on. I had my original installer Andy's come out to replace the pvc line and damaged irrigation unit. They checked the system and found the Matrix plumber had merely taped the foundation drip hose rather than splice in a drip line coupler back together and it was just dumping water into the surrounding clay. Cost me $650 to get my irrigation repaired.

I contacted them three days ago via phone and email and never got a response.

A couple of weeks ago I learned that I had a leak under my foundation near the front door of my home. Matrix came out and assessed the situation. They porvide me with two possible fixes. I decided to go with the fix that was most cost effective for me. I scheduled a day for them to come out and repair the leak. Techs arrived on time and finished within the estimated time frame. All went well. Thank you Matrix.

I called Jason about helping me on a project I was doing for an older couple putting in a shower pan and new shower valve.

He responded promptly and was able to fit this into his schedule sooner than I expected. His work was meticulous and he tested everything after installation. First time I ever saw a plumber turn on water and test everything.

My toilet was leaking from the bolts that held the tank and bowl together. They were able to dispatch Zack to come look at my toilet the next day. He diagnosed my issues right away. He gave me multiple options to choose on how I wanted to handle my repairs and the cost associated to them. We ended up replacing the toilet completely due to the toilet being an older model. He ran into a few issues and always overcame them. Even though it took a few days to get the job done, Zack was always transparent about the issues he ran into and always had a solution to the problems. He did a great job on communication.

Jason and team did an awesome job replacing a leak I had under my foundation. They fixed everything within one day and took the extra time to make sure the concrete patio area matched as closely as possible to the original design.

Brad and his sidekick were right on time, just as scheduled at the top of the 2-hour time slot given! They were efficient and went right to work when they arrived at my home. I appreciated their efforts in GSD quick. Both Brad and his helper were kind to my flirty kitty cats and before I knew it were on their way to the next client. I felt confident in their timely turn around for a service quote. Oh, and I loved how I was continuously updated on the techs arrival, en route status and text updates with photos! Don't hesitate in giving these guys a call for your plumbing needs.

The team took out about 4 yards of soil from underneath the house that the were unable to fill in. My yard and area along the garage is collapsing. I had a structural engineer come out and he stated he's never seen damage like this. Edit: I reached out to my insurance company about 4 weeks ago regarding this issue. I was told that I would receive a phone call from the company by the end of the day. I never received a follow-up call.

Matrix Plumbing is FANTASTIC! From my first call to set an appointment for a water leak to the full repair this company is customer friendly and communication is top notch! Eddie Palacio with Matrix has done several repairs for me. He is so knowledgeable, and a very hard worker.

I loved that they always let me know when they are on their way. Since, it is soo hot outside, we kept our dog, Buddy inside. They worked very will with Buddy

Matrix Plumbing is a great company they care deeply about their customers. The work they perform is top tier. Tech was very respectful and knowledgeable.

My home insurance assigned this plumbing company to inspect a water leak issue, and the experience was extremely disappointing. First, I had to wait three days just to get an inspection appointment. Second, there was zero transparency in communication between the company and the insurance. Third, their inspection report completely misidentified the root cause of the leak. Despite that, they charged $1,200 for an incorrect diagnosis and quoted another $2,000 for additional work. I called a different plumbing company, and they found the actual issue and fixed it for just $300. Very dissatisfied with the service — definitely would not recommend.

Dealing with a slab leak is a nightmare, but their fair pricing and excellent office communication (so helpful with insurance hassles) made it manageable. Well here’s a story about waiting too long to call a plumbing leak detection company! How about  a literal ceiling collapse. We had a hidden bathroom leak that resulted in a massive cave-in and $15k in damages. Matrix Plumbing was out here fast, identified the source of the soggy mess immediately, and got us back on track.
The biggest value-add was their expertise with our insurance claim. They provided a detailed professional report that clearly documented the hidden and concealed nature of the failure. Their technical breakdown helped prove the damage was a sudden result of a concealed pipe failure rather than a maintenance oversight, which was the key factor in getting our claim approved. They made a nightmare situation manageable. Professional, efficient, and worth every penny!
