Had a pipe clog that caused a bathroom flood. Deans was quick to respond and the technician was courteous and did a thorough job. I would highly recommend Deans plumbing-

I had an emergency water leak, and Dean came out within the hour. Other companies I had called initially were not very concerned about the need to get the problem solved without delay, but the Dean dispatcher and service personnel, especially Dillon, were concerned and came through for me. Dillon was very expert, solved the immediate problem quickly, and provided advice on cost- saving opportunités.
I highly recommend.

Ive used them several times. The service is timely and of excellent quality. The plumbers are professional and courteous. They always try to give you options when possible to work with your budget. They were my first choice when it came time to replace the sewer system under the house.

We had a plumbing leak at an elbow on the hot water line from our water heater. Jon from Dean’s Plumbing did an excellent job repairing the line with a better quality elbow. He took care to stabilize the whole PEX line so it would not flop around. Finally he added thermal insulation to all the lines up to where they entered the walls. We will for sure use Dean’s for other projects this spring. See before and after photos of the repaired line.

James Baudrau from Matrix came to do an inspection on my sewer lines. He found the clean outs buried under 20 years of dirt and leaves where other plumbers could not. He ran a camera thru the system and located several problems. His documentation is detailed and accurate. He shared his knowledge and never got tired of my questions. He is patient and professional. His work ethic is excellent, he took several hours and was very thorough. He cleaned up and left things looking better than when he arrive. 5 stars for this gentleman.

February 2023. More recently, I just got out of 38 days in the hospital and when I came home a leak had developed in the bathroom. Thank you, Jason and Jon for getting things done as soon as possible. August, 2022. I live in a mobile home park and it's difficult to get quality professionals to do anything in my home. Jason and his assistant spent at least two hours getting my pipes unclogged. They did a fantastic, professional job. My sincere thanks to Jason and crew for their good work!!!

This is the second slab leak we've had and Matrix was great to deal with - very professional, showed up right when they said they would, followed up, communicated well, and did a great job. Since they had to dig a tunnel under the house from the yard, they even replaced all the dirt back so cleanly - I was impressed from start to finish both times. They cautioned us that we need to switch to flex pipe and reroute the plumbing but our insurance wouldn't approve it. I will use Matrix again!

Jason has been to my house several times for different repairs, he is the most professional person I have ever had the pleasure of knowing!
Every job was done correctly the first time unlike other companies I used before Matrix. I will never use any other company, and I just referred my neighbor to Matrix for a water heater issue.
