Brad has quickly come and helped us out more than once and done a great job each time for a reasonable price.

Brad was Extremely Professional and Very Transparent about prices, I had a Slab leak going to my Master Bathroom and he ran a new line without having to cut hardly any wall in a couple hours. I was able to go back to work by lunch time. Didn't cost me an arm and a leg either! 5/5 i would recommend them to anyone! Very Knowledgeable.

Today was our first experience with Brad. We based our decision to call him largely on the excellent reviews we had read. Well, it’s all true excellent service easy to talk to with no surprises. We have an older home on an acre in Colleyville which when built was on a septic system. All the homes in this area were converted to the sewer system sometime in the 70’s which has its own unique issues since all the original pipes went to the back yard and now go around the house to the street. Everything was fixed and we discussed possible future issues with the system as well as remedies. We will defiantly be calling these guys again if the need arises.

Brad and Christian Came out to my mom’s house to help with the frozen pipe burst from the weekend freeze and was there very quickly and got everything repaired in time! Thank you so much you guys!

Hands down best Plumbing business to work with for needed services. We had two toilets that needed replacement, we had tried to hold off until remodeling, but functionality was necessary before any aesthetics. Brad was exceptional with communication. Informative, provided options (with cost too), and the work was on point. Brad and Christian went straight to work, cleaned up after, and were very respectful with my home as they worked. Brad and his apprentice are the best! We originally called them on a recommendation from a neighbor, and I’m so glad we did. He is a straight shooter, very fair on price, and helps explain problems and options. We have had Brad fix many plumbing issues in our home, including descaling cast iron pipes, installing a two-way clean out, and installing a new garage sink with a tricky drain situation. Always prompt and professional and clean! We will use Total Care Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

Outstanding service!
My 84 year old mother had a water leak underneath her house. I scheduled an appointment with Total Care to come out and do the repairs. They arrived on time, assessed the damage and gave me an estimate. Gave it a day to let the lake beneath the house dry out a little. Mark and his assistant (a polite young man whose name I forgot - sorry!) did a fantastic job, laid down mats to protect the floor, wore shoe covers every time they came in and out, and completed the repair quickly and as quoted. I definitely recommend this company, and will use them again. Overall, I would rate them 10 out of 10!

Called this morning for a clogged drain. They were out in less than 3 hours. Clean, courteous, fixed the clogged drain and fixed our toilet as well. Highly recommend and will use them again.

Looking for a plumber in Colleyville, Southlake area, this is best plumber around hands down. I called Brad with Total Care Plumbing he came out after hours and fixed my leaking water heater in a jiffy. So happy to have hot water again!! Brad and his assistant were a pleasure to work with. They listened to my issue, and offered a couple of solutions, explaining exactly what each solution would require, and the expected results. I decided on which one (easiest) to try, and they had my issue resolved in less than 15 minutes. They even offered me a free service call but were kind enough to allow me to buy them lunch. It's unheard of in this day and age that a contractor isn't trying to take you for every dollar or sell you something you don't need, so it was so refreshing to meet someone, like Brad. Total Care Plumbing will be my go-to plumber for all my future needs!

Originally had a different company come out- they tried one thing and told me the pipes were rotted & that we would need to replace the entire half of the piping system. I called Total Care for a second opinion- Brad came out, told us it wasn’t a collapsed pipe and fixed the clog in less than an hour! Super knowledgeable (he gave us at least 3 different options of how we could fix the piping had it been collapsed), nice, helpful & saved us thousands!! Will definitely be calling Total Care first in the future!

Brad was super professional, quick and priced well. He fixed our hot water heater instead of automatically trying to sell us one like other companies I called.
