This is a great family owned and operated business! We’ve had them out a couple times chasing down a small leak in our system. They have been very upfront and honest about the process involved and took a lot of extra time to answer all of our questions. I appreciate their wealth of knowledge and experience. I will definitely be calling them in the future with any plumbing or gas issues.

We have used Total Care Plumbing a few times and have always had a good experience. I wanted to take the time to write this review now because we were on the verge of a plumbing nightmare but the day was saved by Total Care! Our toilets weren't flushing and tubs weren't draining, and because it happened on the weekend we called another company with weekend dispatch who ended up quoting us $13,000 for total pipe replacement because they said our pipes collapsed. As soon as we could we called Total Care, he was out here the very next morning, and told us our pipes were totally fine and was able to remove a huge clog that was backing everything up and saved us quite literally thousands of dollars. This is someone you can trust who is not going to scam you, but instead be honest with you and charge the rate that is necessary for the work he does. Can't thank you enough & we will recommend everyone to this company from now on!

Pipe broke and Brad arrived within 15 min and had the repair done in an hour. Great guys, honest and trustworthy. Can't thank y'all enough!

We decided to have our entire house replumbed due to age and we wanted to change out any remaining galvanized pipe. Brad was great. He was upfront with costs and expectations. Brad was great to work with. I used their service specifically because I read all the reviews on his company! When we called Total Care, we thought our problem was a hot water heater, but Brad quickly determined it wasn't the heater but a leak under the slab. Brad was able to fix it quickly also! I will never call another plumber.

After a horrible experience from another well-advertised large local plumber, on another repair job, I Googled “plumbers near me” and Total Care Plumbing popped up showing nothing but solid 5-Star reviews, so I did not hesitate calling after reading the reviews. Brad was able to quickly work me into his schedule, showed up on time, gave me a decent price for the repair and repaired the leaking water line, from what I could tell, better than the original work. I’m happy to have found Brad with Total Care Plumbing and would definitely use him again and would highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.

I came home to a leak and called Brad. He was here in 30 minutes and diagnosed the cause and got it taken care of!! So glad to finally have found a quality plumber. I will use him again for all my plumbing needs.

Not only they took care of my parents house plumbing needs that another plumbing company didn’t/couldn’t even acknowledge the problem! They were professional, and went over the options with us! He even went to the plumbing store to get the right cartridge for us , and didn’t charge extra for the extra trip that they took !!!

I can honestly say that if you have a plumbing issues to give this company a call. They were able to get to us very quickly. I had another plumber out here fixing this two months ago and did not fix the issue. They were able to come in and detect the problem and fix it at a very reasonable rate .

Water heater replacement. Brad arrived on time, put down tarps to cover the flooring and carpeting. He worked quickly and did a great job. He neatened up all the plumbing and venting. Good job. No mess left behind.

Brad from Total Care Plumbing was absolutely amazing. Not only did he show up on a holiday, but he got water restored to my house very quickly and for an emergency plumber. He was very reasonably priced great company will recommend to all of my friends. I promise if you have a plumbing problem, total care will take care of you.

Total Care was the second plumbing company I called, and so glad I did! The first company I called quoted me $1100 for a garbage disposal replacement (company provided), and two bidet toilet seats that I provided. Brad's quoted price was $620 on the high side. Actual cost after completion was $540 total.He and his mentor were timely, professional, courteous and efficient!

Great service! Did an excellent job installing our water heater 3 years ago. Did the work to raise the floor because the old one was sitting in a bit of a tub. Recently when our roof was redone, the roofers messed up the ventilation on the tank and total care came out and fixed it for free!

I have used many plumbers over the years but Brad has been the best plumber I have seen yet. He is prompt, timely and very good. Pricing is excellent and service is superior. Most definitely recommend.
