I used Dr Plumber Service today they came earlier then schedule time. They when right to my problem where I’ve been having my problem. They listen and diagnose the situation and fixed my problem.
The rep also provided little helpful tips to prevent and slow down this constant issue, so I did appreciate that information.
I would recommend Dr. Plumber to the next person who’s having plumbing issues.
There was no pressure tactic in like they seems to analyzing other problems or issues that you didn’t ask for nor could you see to justify the additional cost that it would take.
The rep was very friendly nice and helpful.

Rick of Dr. Plumber installed a dishwasher in our kitchen on 9/26/2023 at 1928 Overland St. Fort Worth TX. The old dishwasher cannot be pulled out from inside the cabinet only to discover that a protruding nail on the side of the cabinet was preventing the dishwasher to be pulled out. Rick was so patient and very persistent in trying to remove the protruding nail deep inside from the side of the cabinet. He used all kinds of tools available to remove the nail without success in the first few hours. But because of Rick’s patience and persistence he was able to finally remove the nail and pulled the dishwasher out and installed the new one. He did a very good job and I am happy with his performance. Thanks to Rick and Dr. Plumber.

Rick was very honest and did a great job with the installation of my dishwasher. When he found dents on the new dishwasher he helped me return it. Would highly recommend him!

I bought a KitchenAid dishwasher from Lowe’s, which included insulation by Dr. Plumber. Dr. Plumber sent Rick to install the dishwasher. He did a great job. Show me how everything worked and I’m very pleased.

Awesome service! We called at night and they were here early the next morning. So nice and knew exactly what the problem was and fixed a leak we had in a water heater pipe. Price was much less than we expected! They are awesome! Best service, best prices ever!

My installer from Dr. Plummer (Lowe’s) was Rick Moore and he did a fantastic job. Kept in contact with me before his arrival, was on time, and had installation done within an hour. Answered all my questions, also hauled away my old dishwasher, great job, Rick!

I don’t usually write reviews, but Mike and Melissa both helped so much. I had other companies come out and recommend excess damage or crazy quotes. Very transparent and very honest.

We had a water heater emergency and they were at my house within an hour or two to stop the leak. Then came back the following day to replace the unit. Fabulous company with amazing employees. Mike was great!

Rick is an excellent installer, polite, orderly, on time, respective of my property, answered all of my questions, did a great dishwasher install, and didn't leave any mess for me to clean up. Rick even used the recycle bin! Highly recommend!

Rick was incredible. Installed my new dishwasher perfectly and even helped me troubleshoot the old one properly so that I can have a spare now even if needed despite other plumbers and an owner (me) that couldn’t figure out the problems with the old one. My second experience with Dr. Plumber, this time for a clogged kitchen drain that three other companies could not figure out. Mike diagnosed and fixed the issue in 30 minutes. Professional, knowledgeable, fair, and honest. I'll never use another plumber. Genuinely good people who do great work.
