We had a major plumbing job of replacing all cast iron pipes with new PVC throughout the home. I was very nervous about this process considering they had to tunnel under my house. Brad was so professional and kept in constant constant contact with me throughout the whole process explaining every next step. The clean up was impeccable. It was a great experience. I will never use another plumber. Brad is honest, caring and will take great care of you. His prices are better than most plumbers out there.

Wow! Brad and his team have saved my sanity several times. They are always fixing either my mistakes (too much fibrous vegetable down the disposal) or clearing a toilet drain or replacing my crummy plumbing fixtures with good fixtures.

Fast, neat with perfect cleanup afterwards. Also easy to schedule. Now, if only I could find an equally great electrician, roofer and arborist to make my life worry free.

Had issues with a clogged drain. I tried everything I could but still had no luck. Brad came out promptly and did an excellent job getting everything taken care of. We found a toy giraffe! Would highly recommend and will be calling him in the future if I have any other plumbing issues!

Brad came out today to fix a clogged drain in my laundry room. They were prompt and very courteous. He was honest in his explanation of my issues. I will definitely recommend and use again.

Hired Dean’s plumbing to replace toilet flange, which had to be solder to lead pipe. The toilet was previously removed by owner at time of remodel demo. Had some concerns after first plumber completed work. Mainly that flange was not level and that flange was oblong. The second plumber reviewed the work and assured me that there would be no issues with wax ring making a tight seal once new toilet was installed. The new modern toilet I had on hand could not be installed because the water line had to be moved over 3 inches, which would’ve cost and additional one thousand dollars. The toilet was instead returned to the store and new regular toilet ordered. This new order will take a few days as I needed a toilet with a 14 inch rough in.

Dean plumbing handled a tough situation with the city permit office in a complete professional manner, even though it was no fault of their own. The permit was given to us and Deans did a great job on restoring our gas service. Because of their “can do” attitude, I will use them again.
