Paul and team were recommended to us by another contractor for some minor plumbing repairs at the house. Called them on Friday afternoon and they were there first thing Monday morning. Pauls team (James & Daniel) were very professional and walked me through the scope before and after completing the work. They took time to educate me on a couple things I can/should be doing as homeowner maintenance to avoid costly issues down the road but also let me know they can help if I run into issues or have additional questions (without pressure or feeling of being “upsold”). I’ve worked with various contractors professionally for 16+ years and Fractal is top notch. Will be using them moving forward for anything that comes up

We had to finally get rid of the cast iron that remained under our house. These guys did an amazing job.

Paul was great! He arrived on time and gave me his recommendation on what toilet to buy, which he then picked up, and then replaced the old toilet.
