I went in about a month ago just for information, and the guy there talked to me for over 1/2 hours teaching me about the different types and models, this weekend I walked in and bought the one I wanted, was in and out in 10 minutes, he even helped me load it in my truck, then when I had a problem installing it (my own error) even walked me through it on the phone. Outstanding customer service, great product, and great prices!! Definitely recommend!!

It is nice to have a place to actually see a selection of mini splits as opposed to ordering them and hoping for the best. My boyfriend was quite impressed with an actual store where he could ask questions about the different kinds of selections, as well as being able to get any peripheral items, for the existing mini split we have.I know he sure appreciated it and look forward to returning! Great business. I am usually the type to buy stuff online but having a local supplier that has good prices l, good selection and an owner that is super friendly and helpful and knows his stuff. It's a lost art in the retail and commercial world.

Also he has line sets wall brackets and longest cover kits in stock. His lineset cover kits are far nicer than the kit I bought online and ended up sending back. Definitely check him out and support a great local business.

Great price. Great installers, and so far it's a great product.. you don't know what it's like to walk into a cool garage in August in Texas to change your oil. Game changer.

It's great to finally have a physical store with not just one mini split to choose from but all styles of them. Great selection and the owner is extremely knowledgeable about his products. Not just a reseller but really knows his stuff and will help you get the best one for your needs.

Martin patiently took the time to explain the difference in his products in as much detail as I wanted, gave me a great deal(with no pressure) and loaded it in my trailer for me. All in a storefront in NE Mall; not out of a storage building or back of a pickup truck. I highly recommend this store.

I ran across Mini Split Fast when looking for a mini split unit online that I could quickly get in-hand for a home project (most I found online would take 1-2 weeks to arrive and their websites made it very unclear which additional parts were "must-haves" for install vs nice-to-haves). Additionally, many of the websites bought SEO keywords to make it look like they are local businesses, but when I dug a little it was clear they were not. So a storefront with a local businessowner behind it was reassuring.

Martin, the owner, knows the ins/out of the entire HVAC industry and mini-splits in particular. He was kind enough to explain everything, and thoroughly outlined the units that would meet my needs. He pointed out the differences between them (everything from features, to size, to voltage that would require additional electric wiring) and made solid recommendations. For parts/accessories, Martin explained exactly what was needed for the install--I didn't have to guess like I was doing before. He even offered to jump on the phone with my contractor to assist, if needed.
