Great furnace repair work. Josh' attitude towards his profession is absolutely respectful. Moreover, politeness is his asset too. Would hardly know there was any work done in the house. Cleanup was great and even came to pick up some of the things outside that were left behind. Great to work with.

From the moment Bob came by to look at what I would need and techs came to install it I have never dealt with more professional and pleasant people. The office team, the project manager and the install team were amazing. The customer service was incredible. Everyone was friendly and responsive! Our install had an unexpected hiccup due to the home build. They explained what needed to be done and the reason for the delay. Brett and his assistant made their way to our place to tackle some issues with our HVAC system, which was still under warranty by Ralph's Best Air Masters. They quickly diagnosed the issue, which turned out to be the circuit board. Luckily, they had a spare one on their truck and were able to rectify the problem right away at no additional cost. While they were in Hurst, they also performed a complimentary maintenance check on our air conditioning system and even replaced the unit's filter free of charge. I can't heap enough praise on their service - it was professional, swift, and efficient. I highly recommend them!

My encounter with this local, family-owned and operated business was top-notch from beginning to end! They are a genuine family business that places a high value on their customers. We swapped our 33-year-old heater for a new one and added central heating and a humidifier. Our home is 90 years old, but it already had forced air ducts. Ian, Brett, and Erica went above and beyond to accommodate our erratic schedules for the estimate and installation. They did not attempt to push unnecessary upgrades on us, and the pricing was reasonable with no unexpected costs. During the installation, they were polite, punctual, and respectful of our home and personal space. The only downside is that this June in Hurst hasn't been cold enough to make much use of the heater, but if these guys could control the weather in addition to their excellent work and service, they'd be unrealistically perfect!
