This is the second time I’ve used Andrew and his team. They’re courteous, efficient, and I got my second AC unit up this time with a quick fix. Just one day from the time I let my warranty company know I had an issue. I highly recommend using them. If they can’t fix it fast they have excellent customer service to repair or replace whole units.

Andrew is amazing, not only affordable pricing. The guy literally worked until the job was completed, worked until 9PM but got our AC working again so the family didn’t suffer over the weekend. I generally do not do reviews, but today I need to make an exception, On Demand Air installed my new HVAC system. To start the crew showed up on time, professionally dressed, and ready to work, Andrew and team have an installation routine that is second to none. While the work was first class and passed City of Lewisville inspection, the attic and outside area clean-up was done exactly as promised. Also, the equipment was exactly as promised, and the quote was very competitive and did not change throughout the process. Attached you will find some photos of the completed job.

We recently had an issue with duct work and were referred to Andrew and On Demand Air. They were responsive and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Andrew was professional, thorough and knowledgeable. He fixed our problem and looked at our other units and offered suggestions without pushing for unnecessary repairs or costs. We highly recommend Andrew and On Demand Air!

Let me start by saying that I'm a older woman. I called On Demand because my thermostat was on the fritz. They got out to my house the next morning, and quickly figured out that it was the batteries in the thermostat the were going bad. They changed the batteries, and suddenly everything popped back on. They checked the rest of the system for good meaaure and found no problems. I asked them to change my filter too, and of course they were happy to do it. I go to write them a check, and they tell me not to worry about! God bless their hearts! They are an honest company through and through. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for an honest AC company.

Electrical switch repair. Thirty minutes $360. Rip-off . This is not an electrical service. It is a broker/contractor who essentially doubles the actual labor charges of an independent electrician who receives the leads from Hurst Electric. Problem fixed but outrageous charge.

Excellent company to use in the DFW metroplex for commercial electrical services.
