We hired Carmen's team to do a deep-clean of our house just before Mother's Day since we had some light remodel work done and everything was covered in dust. They arrived on time and did a fantastic job! The house looked and smelled so good. These are true professionals and we will be hiring them again in the future. Thank you so much!

Carmen and her team were here earlier than expected which was awesome. They got right to work. I hadn’t hired a cleaning service before so I assumed it was a basic clean. But wow she set the bar high! They paid attention to each detail and dusted every corner. Nothing was left untidy. She far exceeded my expectations!! Every inch of my home is spotless. We are not dirty people by any means. Thinking you've cleaned your home pretty well until Carmen's Cleaning Services came in. The amount dust bunnies and other scum that was hiding was crazy! In 2 hours time they cleaned both bathrooms, kitchen, 2 bedrooms mopped and vacuumed all floors. The place is immaculate! They're going to come back for sure! Very hard working and great rates. Highly recommend!

They are professional, have good communication regarding scheduling and do an excellent job keeping our home clean. Very inconsistent with services. We have had crew changes often and apparently each time they have someone in training in their crew who does not do a good job. Very rude behavior from the cleaners. No body speaks English. If they are asked any question they act like they don’t understand. Yelling loudly on the phone, cackling amid themselves. Leaving without finishing their work , example not cleaning the microwave or not cleaning the sink. Or leaving the bathroom shower slimy with soap or just not cleaning at all. Very dissatisfied. Only positive is that the coordinator is well spoken and listens to your concerns. But it does not show in action.
