What do you get when a water heater breaks and only two women live in the house?
Two damsels in distress.
We had absolutely no clue what to do. It was honestly a scary situation because, as everyone knows, damsels require hot water for important things… like not turning into gremlins and preparing for beauty sleep.
Just when all hope seemed lost, we called Green Leaf Plumbing, and they sent their most worthy water heater superhero… RUSTIN.
Rustin swooped in, saved the day, and restored peace, hot water, and two very relieved damsels. Because of his heroic efforts, we now officially recognize Rustin as a Green Leaf Superhero.
We strongly recommend he be compensated accordingly....perhaps with a raise and a nice dinner on the company. Mostly because we’re still stressed… and also broke.

Christian is a very personable young man. He did a very good job for us today. His inspection was thorough and he explained what he was finding as he went along. We authorized some repairs and they seem to have been completed properly. While this is not on Christian, the amount Green Leaf charged for minor repairs (>$700 for removal and installation of 4 new short supply lines under indoor sinks) seems very excessive to me. Christian performed the work while he waited for the water heater to flush ( part of our regular service), so he had to be here anyway. So 5 stars for Christian, 1 star for Green Leaf.

We have had the pleasure of working with Green Leaf several times. Dion has done a wonderful job of helping us with our plumbing issues created by a very cheap builder who cut a lot of corners. We contacted 5 different plumbers for our initial issue and we chose Green Leaf to complete that repair.

Recently we had a second issue due to freezing pipes and we contacted Green Leaf to come out an assess and fix our issues. Once again, cheap builder cutting corners on plumbing. Dion has been great to work with and very understanding of the insurance company's requirements on quotes. He's been very gracious and kind in helping us navigate through the insurance adjustor's requests with multiple edits to his quotes.

We are very happy with Dion's work and his willingness to help. Thank you Green Leaf! Don't let Dion get away, he's an awesome human being!

Hi, I’m writing to let you know what a great job Deandre Rodriguez did for me today. He knows what he’s doing and he was very thorough. He also explained to me the issues that came up and how he solved them. I couldn’t be more pleased and know that my HVAC system is being very well fixed and maintained. You know, I was able to see how high tech the diagnostics have become. Deandre demonstrates the experience to master every situation. The service was great Christopher Johnson did a great job and he was very courteous. Just wish the little job wasn’t so expensive. Way too overpriced.

I highly recommend Green Leaf AC. They came out quickly, first thing in the morning, and helped asap. The customer service is very friendly setting up an appointment. Carlo and Alex Rodriguez are amazingly helpful. This mom of 4 hot kiddos is extremely grateful for their hard work, their caring to get my unit working asap and helping me so fast.

Green Leaf came through again for me! I had a leak under my sink and contacted the team for assistance. Christian was prompt and friendly, listened to my issue before investigating and was quick to diagnose and correct the problem. His expertise and friendliness were truly appreciated. Thanks to him, I have a repair and proactive correction to another sink that gives me peace of mind. Well worth it and highly recommended!

My install was great until they busted my Trane filter unit. They replaced it with a Honeywell it now sounds like I have a bug zapper in the closet. Apparently it was the cheapest they have lying around. This company is NOT a member of BBB. If you don’t believe me check. I had Amos come out to check on my unit to maintain and inspect. They found a flaw with installation. Thank God I did not turn my heat on or would have caused a fire. When you pay over 17K for a new Trane unit you expect to get what you pay for. We did not. This company is NOT Trustworthy.

CAN’T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THEM!!!

Scheduling was a breeze, every employee I interacted with was top notch, and you feel that home town charm.

Thos had the company reach out to me to offer help after a terrible experience with another company. They offered to come take a look and help figure out the issue.

Chris Reed came out and almost immediately found all kinds of issues that could be causing my problem. Issues that the last 5 technicians here did not mention -Things that should have been seen during 5 previous calls. (Holes in supply, multiple air filters, cross wiring, etc.)

While putting together a plan, Thos came by to take a look and help make sure my issues were resolved once and for all. That was icing on the cake. The service was OUTSTANDING. These guys made me feel important, heard about my problem, and were not dismissive diagnosticians.

They were both so knowledgeable and competent. It took them 15 minutes to see and disprove the last 5 “diagnosed issues” from the prior company.

They checked duct work, wiring schematics, inside, outside, supplies, returns, thermostat wirings, super heat, sub cooling…everything that could cause the issue, and then made a plan to rectify it all.
