I have used Green leaf on a couple of occasions and will not use another company. Reliable, friendly and always working with you on the schedule, including weekends if needed. Also Chris is great, worked with us to get work completed under warranty and saved us a ton of money . Also the ladies in the office are super nice and knowledgeable!!!!

He answered all our questions including the ones related to the condition of our air ducts, and gave us some recommendations. We are very happy with his service. Deandre came to do my annual HVAC. I was in the middle of several things and was rushing to show him the unit and he stopped to make sure he put the slippers over his shoes to be respectful of my space. I appreciated that. He explained everything he checked and how my equipment is doing with pictures and he answered all of my questions. There is a potential for future work to be done and he provided me with 3 different quotes before he left. He again walked me through them, explaining the difference. I have had nothing but great interactions with Green Leaf and Deandre was no exception.

I was so impressed with Rustin Collins. He was prompt addressing my concerns on the water leak in my property, explained everything clearly, and fixed the issue perfectly. He was very careful during the repair that the work area was spotless and the price was fair. Green Leaft AC Heating and Plumbing is the best!

Unethical? Immoral? Both? You decide.

Green Leaf came out for an AC issue and told us a major component had failed. We were told the system could not be repaired and that, due to refrigerant changes, the only option was to replace the entire system. The quote: approximately $20,000.

We were not provided clear written documentation explaining why repair was not possible, just the quote for a new system, which was obviously what they're trained to be there for in the first place.

We obtained a second opinion from another HVAC professional. He confirmed the failure, and also confirmed the system is repairable. Total repair cost: roughly one-tenth of the replacement quote, with the part available in a warehouse nearby.

Being told you have no option but a $20,000 replacement when a repair is available is a serious difference. Homeowners deserve transparent diagnostics and repair options, not just the most expensive path.

If you are told you must replace everything, get a second opinion before signing anything.

I'm frankly disgusted, but at least they showed their true colors, while also introducing me to a new HVAC professional out of desperation. I don't know how companies can be so predatory legally, but maybe that should be looked into. In Texas AC isn't optional, it's a safety concern.

We have been Green Leaf’s customer for a long time. We were having some issues with one of our thermostats and unable to register the systems to the Lennox Home App. Benji Hernandez came, spent time, and worked diligently. He is reliable and always double check what he does. We are pleased and thankful for his job well done.

We have Green Leaf perform the spring and fall inspection on our air conditioner every year. Deandre call us this morning to say we were the first in his list and would arrive in twenty minutes. He had boot covers on, so as not to scratch up our wooden floors. He cleaned the drain line and tested the air temperature going to and from the unit. He also tested the the fan and compressor electrical load as well as the pressure on the compressor. He also cleaned out the leaves in the outdoor compressor unit. Looks like our unit will perform well over the summer. Couldn't ask for better service. Thank you Deandre.

I had an outdoor faucet pipe break late on Thursday and had to have the water turned off. Green Leaf plumbing answered the phone late in the evening and had Clayton here by 8:30 the next morning. He gave me an estimate for the repair and had all materials needed.
He worked efficiently and explained what he was doing. All questions were answered. Both he and the office personnel were polite, friendly and a pleasure to work with!
