Poor customer service. Long waiting periods and the will call guys drag to get your orders fast enough! Never coming back here again!

Showed up for 1pm unload appointment and have to wait till 2pm to get unloaded thats if no other trucks come in, the forklift guy says the load was supposed to be here 3 days ago, when i loaded it yesterday and i showed him that on the paperwork he just keeps repeating himself saying u need to call your people and ask them while its late and I reply with im just asking if im getting unloaded or not and thats the answer i get. Don't get me wrong i understand the appointments to unload and load to keep things organized but you need to consider early appointments, so us drivers are able to make other deliveries or get reloaded not sitting around all afternoon/evening wasting time, when we could've got reloaded somewhere and been down the road towards our next unload

I started on.monday and didn't get any paperwork til after the first week. THE OVERSIZED GUY IN THE MAIN OFFICE (MIKE) IS REALLY GOOD AT TAKING 3 HOUR LUNCHES BUT NOT SO GOOD AT GETTING NEW EMPLOYEES IN THE DOOR. NO ACCOUNTABILITY NO RESPONSIBILITY. THERES NO WAY A NEW GUY IS SUPPOSED TO BE TAKING PRODUCT TO DOCK DOORS BEFORE HE DOES I9 PAPERWORK OR ONBOARDING. THE PLACE HAS BEEN A WATE OF TIME AND ENERGY.THEY ALL LOOKED OVERWORKED. BUT NOT MIKE HE COME IN READY FOR LUNCH...

The worst company even for drivers, the toilet is a pity.

very quick to get unloaded just needs an appointment if you're a flatbed driver and they start unloading after 1130am..

Got to love a place that schedules you for a delivery at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, shuts down for that Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Then wants to make you wait to be unloaded at their convenience. Completely unprofessional!!!

My trucking experience at this location = Awesome Driver check in staff was extremely competent and professional. Forklift loader was extremely professional with safety in mind.
My overall experience at this location = A+

My first negative review in using google maps in 10y
This place has 0 respect for drivers and their time, will go out of the way not to unload you and postpone as much as humanly possible,
imagine next time when amazon or FedEx order comes to you door and you tell the delivery guy can't receive the order today come back tomorrow at 1pm if they will be happy to do it,
had to write this negative revie after doing flatbed transportation for 10y never seen place like this.

I can't speak to everybody's experience talking about how these guys are very slow I can only speak to my experience I got here 5:30 a.m. for 8:00 a.m. appointment time The gentleman was kind enough to give me a door and to start unloading me right away sometimes they got stuff going on in the warehouse that doesn't mean when you show up they're going to always get to you right away maybe they have to finish whatever they're doing first before they get to you we just got to be a little patient I tend to see this a lot with these Google reviews somebody is impatient maybe the place takes a little longer than they should and all of a sudden their rating them all type of bad reviews they're saying all type of negative stuff and being in the transportation industry you have to understand we don't always get to the shipper on time stuff happen out there and likewise the receiver and ship are sometime have stuff going on when you show up they don't just get to drop that and get to you right away so patience is the key guys

Everything was great, until they decided to unload me and leave a bunch of pallets in my truck. Now these were heavy duty pallets that were picked up from a wire company. I could’ve very well disposed of them myself, but they were absolutely too heavy for me. They used forklifts to remove them and expected me to move them with my very own muscle power. I could not pick up just one of them, let alone multiple off the truck. Now, had they put it at the end of the truck maybe I could’ve just pushed them off, but they put them away in the back. I went back and I asked the two men to politely remove the pallets and they argued with me and told me no. As they ride around on forklifts and use pallet jacks all day for a living. That’s jacked up😂

Receptionist or whoever is answering the phone needs to be replaced. Has an attitude and answer calls only when she wants to.

They don’t have a enough docks to unload and so long to unloading and lazy peoples work here they have three docks for receiving and there’s always two trailers on docks 👎😡

Usually the clerk at will call desk responds quickly when entering to pick items already ordered. However this trip there was a wait with people ahead of me. Customer service is satisfactory just a bit slow.
