The cleaning took only a short amount of time. The technician, Raz, who came out was very friendly and did an awesome job on the carpet and area rug. Spot treatment looks amazing!

I called this company to see about getting my carpet cleaned and the tile in my kitchen cleaned and the man that answered the phone was so abrupt and rude, and then just hung up on me. I don’t know why anyone would do business like that. I only asked about getting two rooms cleaned, and his response was so disappointing. I’ll go through another company. One that appreciates their customers.

We called and set an appointment for one week in advance. The day of the appointment I called to see what's the hold up. Some guy answers the phone and was very unprofessional and hang up on me. I call back 3 more times with same result. On the 4 time a lady answers and she was much more friendly and explain to me that they had the wong number in the system under my account. We went with some one else because of the unprofessional behavior over the phone.

They may do a good service but I didn’t have a chance to find out. They answer the phone as if you’re bugging them and only said hello. I had to ask if the this was the carpet cleaning company..Just terrible customer service all around. I didn’t have to chance to say goodbye for he hung up the phone lol. Just a heads up the minimum for carpet cleaning starts at $200 so it’ll only be useful if you’re cleaning multiple rooms.

I own several properties. I have an Airbnb that a tenant made a mess. I gave the tech the door code and told him I would not be available until 4:45. He said he was arriving at 4:35 and since I wasn’t available for 10 minutes then he couldn’t clean the carpet. They don’t really understand service or relationships. Buyer be aware.

We booked a dryer vent cleaning service, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The technicians were polite, walked us through the process, and even showed us the lint buildup they removed. The dryer is back to working perfectly! My only suggestion would be for them to provide a quicker response time for scheduling, but the quality of work was outstanding.

Salons by JC Dallas-Pavillion has been using the same cleaning company for 20 years. Clean Net. This company has a quality consultant Jason Smith who comes by regularly 1-2 times a month to check up on our cleaning crew, to make sure we have quality cleaning. He checks everything even the tops of the stall doors for dust. Jason is our contact for any concerns or needs we have. I give Clean Net 5 stars for these reasons.

Clean Net has been doing our cleaning at the church for several years and has taken great care of us. We are not your typical office building and as for a varied cleaning schedule and they are flexible and work with us to meet our cleaning needs.
