We bought our franchise last year and Taylor Edward is our QC, he makes it easier for us and always having a listening hears to help solve any problems, always returning calls and gives the best advice ever. He's been a blessing all through the journey with cleannet, we need more people like Taylor Edward's at cleannet

CleanNet does an excellent job keeping my campus clean. We have events happening nearly everyday and they are always on top of things. Our rep, Vance Yellowfish is great to communicate and partner with. I mention a concern and he is on it. Vance comes by regularly to inspect the work and to check on my concerns. Taylor Edwards is great! It check in frequently and has done so for at least the last 4 - 6 years. Very Consistent and his staff is great and accommodating. Quick to handle any needs my store has.

Vance Yellowfish is and has been QC resource. Vance is great! He is always professional, just a phone call when needed. Once Vance did dumpster dive for us to retrieve some items that were accidently dumped! Talk about customer service!! WOW I wished I had gotten a picture of that!

We have used Clean Net USA Inc for over 10 years and haven't ever had any issues with their work! Leave them at note in the notebook and whatever you need cleaned will be cleaned! If they see you need something they will leave you a note! Excellent in communicating with us!

I communicate with her and and I reach out when needed and she does what she can to make sure I keep my accounts in good standing. CleanNet and Taylor Edwards have serviced my accounts since 2015 and I am very comfortable recommending him to any company regardless of the size of the building or scope of work. He is always diligent with follow up and quality control proactively identifying corrective issues within our 300,000 sf building, making necessary changes to ensure the campus is always clean. He continually steers the cleaning staff toward improvement and advocates for them by suggesting ways to streamline their processes to increase effectiveness.

Clean Net's supervisor Vance Yellowish has come to our office every month to do an inspection of our site and to ask how how are site has been cared for. He is always on top of any issues we may have in a fast and timely manner. Vance always has a smile and kind word to say to both myself and my supervisor. He is truly an asset.

My Account Manager Taylor Edwards and my cleaning crew rep Luis Garcia are fantastic! Luis provides clear communication with issues he encounters and he takes care of any problem areas that we point out! I am pleased with the efficient and reliable service I have received from CleanNet. Taylor is the quality consultant for a clinic I manage and he has been incredibly friendly and dependable. I can trust that if I ever have a problem he will immediately address and correct.

I would give zero stars if I could. The one positive thing I can say, is that they are very polite to talk to on the phone.

Their cleaners left our doors unlocked on multiple occasions. In some instances, the door wasn't even shut all the way, and at any time anyone could have walked in and stolen everything in our offices.

They have left the water running multiple times in our warehouse sinks. The last time, it flooded the water heater, after being left to run for 2 days.

Their cleaning is absolutely terrible. Our floors were NEVER clean. I could take a paper towel and wipe the floor first thing Monday morning after a cleaning, and it would come up black. We could watch them on the camera, and see that they mopped the entire facility without ever changing the water.

We had 3 or 4 different cleaning crews, and gave this company multiple opportunities, over a couple of years, to improve their services. They never did. Lots of cleaning companies are poor cleaners, but this company contracts incompetent people who cannot even manage to shut off a faucet or lock a door. So, it isnt a matter of their cleaning capability, but of the safety for your business. I would absolutely BEWARE of using CleanNet.

Taylor Edwards is AMAZING QC!! When I first became a Franchise Owner, I was nervous and he helped me every step of the way. Working with him I’ve built confidence and I can walk in a walk through and deliver excellent customer service and quality. He will answer any questions you come across anytime no matter what! He’s a very great source to have during this new career path and I’m beyond blessed to have him as a QC! I’ve had a great experience with CleanNet USA and they are very helpful team! this is another company that openly violates federal and state law by placing marketing calls to do not call listed telephones. These laws are very easily satisfied obligations designed to protect the privacy and security of homeowners and businesses. Any company That disregard these rules would not be trustworthy to regard other property and privacy rights. I would not allow them in my business, but I would report the improper practices.

So rude, disrespectful and a horrible attitude after i told them the information they needed when they called me. They also hung up after yelling at me. I never called them but they called me directly and i have the screenshot to prove it and the phone call is recorded.
