Our pool equipment stopped working, and they misdiagnosed the issue. After spending a significant amount on new equipment and installation, the problem persisted. They kept recommending we replace additional motors or parts. They even replaced some of our plumbing, but it still leaked. Despite this, they failed to respond to our messages or calls. We finally reached out to another company, and within minutes, they identified and fixed the real issue. It wasn’t the equipment after all, just a minor problem in the timer’s electrical system – a short in the power supply.

**JR Pool Cleaning Company's Poor Service**

Our experience with JR Pool Cleaning left us extremely dissatisfied. After returning from a family vacation, we discovered our pool had transformed into a murky swamp. We contacted JR Pool Cleaning for assistance with cleaning and restoring the pool.

Rusty, a technician from JR Pool Cleaning, arrived and treated the pool with chemicals and scrubbed the surface. While he acknowledged the severe condition of the water, he claimed that they could bring it to a manageable state. He promised to return the following day to continue the process.

However, the next day passed without any sign of JR Pool Cleaning. When we called to inquire, we were informed that they would come on the following day. Again, no one showed up as scheduled. Finally, on the third day after Rusty's initial visit, a technician arrived. Unfortunately, by this point, the pool had reverted to its original unmanageable state due to the lack of care instructions provided by JR Pool Cleaning during their absence.

When the owner of JR Pool Cleaning arrived, he spent only 10 minutes inspecting the pool before informing us that it would need to be drained. We declined his offer, knowing that it was not necessary and could have been avoided if JR Pool Cleaning had followed through with their promised cleaning schedule.

After weeks of meticulous cleaning and maintenance, we were able to restore the pool to clarity ourselves. However, upon noticing some remaining sand at the bottom, we reluctantly contacted JR Pool Cleaning again.

On July 15th, the same technician returned to vacuum the sand, clean the filter and test the water. Despite having cameras monitoring the property, we were not present during the service. Afterward, we received a text stating that he had removed 'most' of the sand but not all of it. Furthermore, he claimed to have cleaned the filter twice within an hour.

Despite requesting a filter cleaning, the company charged an additional $50 after the fact because he said he had to clean it twice. The pool was inadequately vacuumed, leaving debris such as leaves and a metal bracket in the water along with sand. The skimmer was also left full and dirty.

Upon inquiry about the incomplete cleaning, the company owner made excuses and demanded an additional $75 to rectify the situation. Dissatisfied we refused the offer and paid the initial $200 for the poor service. Subsequent filter cleaning revealed missing parts, prompting a phone call to the company. However, the owner responded with profanity and abruptly hung up.

JR Pool Cleaning Company's unprofessional behavior and substandard service have left customers both disappointed and out of pocket. The company's failure to meet basic expectations and its hostile attitude have made it impossible to recommend their services. Customers are advised to seek alternative pool maintenance providers who prioritize quality and customer satisfaction.

**Last note**
JR Pool services admitted that the first time they came out they never tested the water before claiming it needed to me drained.

From start to finish, the entire experience was top-notch. The crew was incredibly organized, professional, and genuinely friendly and it felt like they truly cared about doing a great job, not just getting through a checklist. I’ll definitely be uaing this service again without hesitation!

I called for routine service. The lady that answered the phone was completely rude and uninterested. I told her never mind and her response was “Goodbye”. I’m not sure why they have 5 stars, hopefully they clean better than their service.

worst service i have ever seen. They r worse than regular cleaning. Above all they tell us house needs to be maintained clean to do deep cleaning..who needs deep cleaning when house is clean. that means they only clean house that r already clean...they don't listen to customers and only listen to their ladies who come for cleaning and those ladies are so smart that they take pics where there is dirt and tell the owner that house cannot be cleaned clean for first time. they dont clean any of the stuff they mention in list...above all messed up dishwasher throwing all dishes into it from sink....They teaches lessons to customers free advices and never correct themselves...worst service

They didn’t sweep or mop 4 rooms. Said they had two people cleaning when only one was there. Charged extra for two people being there and spending 5 hours instead of 4, but yet missed the fundamentals of cleaning-sweeping and mopping. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Surface cleaning only not a reliable service for deep cleaning, they asked cash instead of card and didn't give me a receipt. Had to continue leftover cleaning over the next weekend ourselves after the service staff left, 2 stars at the best.

They did an amazing job with my apartment complex I'm renting out. I had a HORRIBLE tenant and they literally DESTROYED the place. I was so overwhelmed with how I was going to make the place look nice again and Dust Bunnies took care of all my stress. It felt like boulders were lifted off of my shoulders. I attached a before and after picture of my tenant did to the bath tub, honestly I have no idea how people could even live like that. But thank you Dust Bunnies for doing a fantastic job!

Our office is in the middle of renovation and Dust Bunnies Inc did an incredible job of deep cleaning our office and making it look brand new! I was kind of hesitant at first because I thought they only did house services, but they also do big office work as well. Highly recommend them if you need any office work done!
